    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal dehydrator capable of performing centrifugal dehydration and drying the to-be-dehydrated material by air blowing at the same time. SOLUTION: In the centrifugal dehydrator, a water-cutting cage body 2 containing the to-be-dehydrated material 1 is arranged in the body 3 of the apparatus in a freely rotatable way, and moisture adhered to the material to-be-dehydrated 1 is dehydrated through centrifugation by driving rotation of the water-cutting cage body 2. A hollow rotation shaft section 5 to be rotated by a driving source 4 is erected in the body 3 of the apparatus; the water-cutting cage body 2 is arranged around the rotation shaft section 5 so that the water-cutting cage body 2 and the rotation shaft section 5 rotate together; and the inside of the hollow rotation shaft section 5 and the inside of the water-cutting cage body 2 communicate with each other. When the material to-be-dehydrated 1 housed in the water-cutting cage body 2 is dehydrated through centrifugation due to rotation of the rotation shaft section 5 operated by the driving source 4, air introduced through the inside of the rotation shaft section 5 into the water-cutting cage body 2 leads to air blowing, and the material to-be-dehydrated 1 is dried by the air blowing and the centrifugation described above.
