    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive composition which has high adhesion in various transparency substrates such as glass, PC (polycarbonate), acrylic resins and the like, and conductive members such as transparent conductive film including an ITO, and metallic circuit, and in which foam and peeling off are hardly generated also under the high temperature or the high-humidity/temperature condition.SOLUTION: The pressure sensitive adhesive composition includes: 100 parts by weight of a urethane urea resin (C) which comprises reacting a urethane prepolymer (A) having an isocyanate group in the terminal and an amino compound (B); and 0.5-10 parts by weight of a curing agent (E), wherein the urethane prepolymer (A) comprises reacting a polyol (a) and polyisocyanate (b), and the amino compound (B) comprises performing the Michael addition reaction of a polyamine (c) and an unsaturated compound (d1) of a specified structure.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of forming an optical pressure-sensitive adhesive film that is an optical pressure-sensitive adhesive film for attachment to an optical element, such as a glass member for a liquid crystal cell, has excellent reworkability from the glass member for a liquid crystal cell and adherend-staining properties, has excellent heat resistance and resistance to moist heat after attachment, and further has good antistatic properties.SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains a composite resin (X) including an acrylic resin (A) having a hydroxyl group and/or a carboxyl group and a glass transition temperature of -60 to 10°C and an urethane urea resin (B) having a glass transition temperature of -60 to 50°C; a crosslinking agent (C) having a functional group reactive to the acrylic resin (A) and/or the urethane urea resin (B); an ionic compound (D); and a silane coupling agent (E), wherein the resin (B) is obtained by reacting a polyamino compound (b3) with an urethane polymer obtained by the reaction of a polyol (b1) having a polyalkylene oxide backbone and a polyisocyanate (b2).
