摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the heat dissipation from the fluidized bed by means of an openable shutter provided between the vulcanizing tank and the air exhaust hood arranged at a proper space in the vulcanizing tank employing a granular solid for the heating medium. CONSTITUTION:A bottom ceramic porous plate 1 is arranged in the vulcanizing tank 5 covered with a heat insulator 8. Hot air is blown in through the blow-off port 10 and floats the vulcanizing granular solid to form a fluidized bed 3. An unvulcanized extrusion rubber product 4 is carried into the bed 3 to vulcanize. The lower position of the exhaust duct 6 causes air to flow too fast making the density and height of the fluidized bed unstable. To prevent this, the exhaust hood 7 having the exhaust duct 6 is sufficiently separated from the vulcanizing tank 5. At the same time, a shutter openable with a cylinder 11 is provided to prevent the heat dissipation while facilitating the monitoring of the rubber product 4.
