摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically return a needle to the origin in a short time, even when the needle is not in the position of its origin when it is equipped with an increment type encoder as a position sensor for an SR linear motor. SOLUTION: A linear scale 26 consisting of a magnetic scale is extended, in the direction of shifting of a needle, at a member which shifts in a body with the needle of an SR linear motor driven by sine waves. The linear scale 26 is provided with parts 28 to be detected, at every pitch corresponding to one cycle of a sine wave drive current, in the positions opposed to the projections of the needle. It is provided, on the stator side with a magnetic sensor 29 which detects the parts 28 to be detected, in the position corresponding to roughly the center of the needle arranged in the position of the origin. Unless the needle is in the position of origin at power turning on, the linear motor is driven at low speed in asynchronous condition until the part 28 to be detected is detected, and then it is driven synchronously, and the needle shifts to the position of origin.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed system for a single spindle driving motor, having a reduced installation cost, capable of using a general purpose draft motor and a general purpose draft inverter for driving the draft motor. SOLUTION: In this textile machine equipped with spindle motors 6 for individually driving plural spindles and a draft motor 3 for driving a draft roller, a chopper electric source 1 for the plural spindle motors comprises a converter part 8 for rectifying an AC current obtained from an AC electric source and a chopper part 4 for regulating an output voltage of a DC current rectified by the converter part. An electric source output of the chopper part is supplied to a motor driver 5 of each spindle motor and an electric source output of the converter part of a chopper electric source is supplied to a draft inverter of the draft motor.
