    • PURPOSE:To eliminate and stop the rotary torque of the armature of a motor by rotating the motor by setting the magnetic poles of the motor rotatable by the reaction torque higher than predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic pole supporting plate 5 projected with a supporting shaft 4 therefrom is fixed to one end of a cylindrical magnetic pole 2 provided rotatably at the inner peripheral surface of a frame 1 concentrically therewith. The pole 2 is rotatably supported via a bearing 7 at a bearing plate 6 secured to the end of the frame 1 at the supporting shaft 4. In order to fix the pole 2 at predetermined position at normally operating time, a stopper 12 is provided with a ball 11 urged by a spring 10 and a control screw 9 inserted into the guide cylinder 8 provided at the plate 6 in a manner that the ball 11 is engaged at the recess 13 formed at predetermined position on the plate 5. When an overload occurs at the armature 3, the connector is disengaged due to the reaction torque to rotate the pole to thereby eliminate to stop the rotary torque of the armature of the motor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic screw aligning and feeding method and device of simple constitution and low cost. SOLUTION: In this automatic screw aligning and feeding method, a number of screws SW are stored in a screw hopper 16, a prescribed number of screws are intermittently picked up by a rotary pickup plate 18 that is rotated in the screw hopper, and the screws picked up by the rotary pickup plate are carried into a chute 20 provided to adjoin the rotary pickup plate. At a screw carrying-in side end part 20b of the chute, the screws are aligned to be introduced in such a way that screw head parts of the screws are respectively suspended and held by an aligning guide member 23 into a guide groove 22 in the chute, so that they are carried in order to a screw takeout side end part 20a. The screws carried into the chute 20 are aligned and introduced in such a way that the screw head parts are respectively suspended and held to the guide groove. Screws SWa non-aligned or excessively carried into the guide groove on the chute are continuously eliminated by action of a rotary brush 44 to be recovered into the screw hopper 16.
