    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrolytic cell structure that is not required maintenance of a diaphragm and an apparatus for generating electrolytic water that doesn't discharge drainage during electrolysis, in an electrolytic cell that generates alkaline ion water and acidic ion water by electrolyzing water.
      SOLUTION: Calcium carbonate or the like, which adheres to the diaphragm, is dissolved by installing an maintenance electrode, which generates acidic water in the vicinity of the diaphragm, when electrical resistance of the diaphragm is measured and its detected value is increased. Further, drainage is eliminated by installing a circuit and a circulation pump to electrolyze in circulation against water in one electrode chamber of the electrolytic cell and switching a channel.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of the approach of running down of a battery securely by controlling a controller which opens and closes a solenoid valve provided in a supply pipe of water and hot water to a discharge port in such a manner that it performs the control which is different from ordinary discharge situation when a voltage of the battery drops down to a certain value. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 3 for water and a solenoid valve 4 for hot water which use a battery 8a as a power source are provided in a water supply pipe 5a and a hot water supply pipe 5b to a discharge port 5, and opening and closing of stop cocks 1a and 2a are controlled by a controller 7. Usually, the controller 7 controls in such a manner that the stop cocks 1a, 2a are opened when a user kicks a foot switch 6 at first to discharge water and the discharge of water is stopped when the user kicks the foot switch 6 next. When a voltage of a battery 8a drops down to a certain value, the controller 7 performs the control which is different from usual water discharge situation in such a manner that only the opening operation is done by the solenoid valves 3, 4 when the user kicks the foot switch and the closing operation is done after a certain period of time elapses. Consequently, the user can recognize that the battery is running down soon securely.
