    • PURPOSE:To easily replace the filament of an electron gun, by providing the electron gun melting a metal atom to evaporate the same to the outside of a cell. CONSTITUTION:An electron gun 17 is received in a vacuum container 19 separate from a cell 1 and made divisible from the cell 1 by a gate valve 18. A magnetic shield 20 is provided to the track of electron beam 3 before incident to the cell 1 so as not to generate deflection due to an external magnetic field. As a result, the electron beam 3 emitted from the filament 2 of the electron gun 17 straightly advances through the magnetic shield 20 to melt the metal atom in a crucible 5. At the time of the replacement of the filament 2, the gate valve 18 is closed to separate a vacuum container 19 having the electron gun 17 received therein to make it possible to easily replace the filament 2.

The support member 7 is prepared at the outer diameter side of the winding wire section 1, thus supporting the winding section 1.
