摘要： PURPOSE:To attain loose tension and low resonance frequency, by avoiding a wrinkle on a film material of a diaphragm of a capacitor microphone. CONSTITUTION:A water soluble polymer film 2 is provided to a base 1 made of glass or thermosetting plastic plate by coating a solution of water soluble polymer. A water insoluble polymer film 3 is provided on the film 2. After forming a metallic thin film layer 3' on the surface of the film 3, a diaphragm extending frame body 4 made of metal is adhered in one body by using a conductive adhesives. Then, the film 2 is removed by solving to obtain the diaphragm where the frame 4, the film 3 and the conductive thin film layer 3' are adhered in one body. The diaphragm obtained in this way is assembled in a microphone by cutting and removing the surrouding of the diaphragm extending frame 4. Since no wrinkle is produced on the film material of the diaphragm obtained in this way, excessive tension is not required.

The inorganic filler (D) used comprises, e.g. fused silica, in which the contents of U and Th are each at most 0.5 ppb. The mold release agent (E) used comprises, e.g. a paraffin wax. The thermoplastic organic material (F) used comprises, e.g. cholesterol. The component C accounts for 0.05-5 wt.% of the total resin components, and the component F accounts for 0.5-20 wt.% of the component E.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink which enables printing with sufficient contrast, and also can be erased by heat, so that printed paper can be reused, by dispersing an ink composition comprising a color-forming compound, a developer and an erasing agent in a solvent. SOLUTION: This erasable ink comprises a color-forming compound, a developer and an erasing agent. In this ink, an ink composition in a developed and colored state caused by an interaction between the color-forming compound and the developer is dispersed in a solvent, and when the ink composition is melted by heat, the erasing agent selectively dissolves one of the color-forming compound and the developer so that the color is erased. Examples of preferred erasing agents include (a) a sterol compound, (b) cholic acid, lithocholic acid, testosterone, cortisone and derivatives thereof and (c) a five or more-membered non-aromatic cyclic compound containing one or more hydroxyl groups. They are compounded in amounts of, relative to 1 pts.wt. color-forming agent, 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. developer and 1 to 200 pts.wt. of an erasing agent. It is preferred that the concentration of the ink composition is 0.1 to 10wt%.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having low viscosity and low moisture absorption and excellent in adherence to a lead frame, heat resistance, etc., by blending an epoxy resin with a curing agent comprising a specified phenol resin and a curing catalyst. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by mixing an epoxy resin (e.g. an o-cresol novolak resin), a curing agent comprising a phenol resin of formula I (wherein (n) is 0 to 10; and R is H, methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, phenyl, chloro or bromo) [e.g. of formula II (wherein (n) is 1 to 10)] and a curing catalyst (e.g. 2-ethylimidazole). A maleimide resin [e.g. poly(phenylene methylene) polymaleimide] can be blended with this composition to improve the high- temperature physical properties. The use of the composition for sealing a semiconductor device can produce a highly reliable resin-sealed semiconductor device having good appearance and excellent in resin crank resistance during high- temperature mounting.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent generation of flashes by forming a metal die frame which surrounds a semiconductor element and holds an external lead constitution to fix them and a press metal die which engages with such metal die frame to resin-seal the semiconductor element and then moving a metal die from the surface to take it out by fixing any one of the press metal die surface and the external lead constitution. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor element 5 is arranged to a metal die under the condition that resin sheets 1, 2 for sealing are temporarily fixed at the upper and lower sides and a film carrier 7 is also fixed so that it cannot move vertically. When pressure is applied with a press, the upper side 8a and lower side 8b of the metal die frame are set in contact holding the film carrier 7. Since the polyimide film surface is perfectly pressed by the metal die, any flash can be seen in the side of film surface. When pressure is further applied, the lower part of pressing plate is in contact with the press metal die 9a, forming a package in the constant thickness. Under this condition, the resin sheet is heated and melted and thereafter it is hardened. Pickup can be done inversely and thereby the package can be obtained without generation of flashes.
