When the field strength 44 is -107 dBm, the field strength of '2' is displayed on the screen.

The control circuit 29 analyzes a received telegraphic message from the circuit 31 and sets the telegraphic message information of inputted data from an input-output circuit 27. The input-output circuit 27 performs input-output control of the received telegraphic message to a touch panel display liquid crystal keyboard part 25. In such a case, directivity is higher in the range where radio waves transmitted from the antennas 11a and 11b of portable radio equipment 3 than in the range where radio waves transmitted from portable radio equipment having one antenna. Then, a communication success rate becomes high even under adverse communication environment.

Several small holes are made at an inner circumferential wall 5 of the sound reducing chamber 4 to make sound absorbing holes. Sound attenuation chamber 4 is extended downwardly from a peripheral part of the combustion chamber 3 to enclose the circumference of a mixed gas chamber 9. Volume of sound attenuation chamber 4 is experimentally determined due to the fact that an attenuation amount of a sound pressure is determined by a volume. The sound absorbing holes composed of several small holes are determined by calculating the frequencies of absorbed sound with an equation and correcting it under experiment. In this equation, C: a velocity of sound in air (m/s), t: a plate thickness (mm), d: a hole diameter (mm), L: a thickness of rear air layer, P: an opening rate of a hole plate.

As the base portion of the combustion flame (a) is extended outward by air current (b), and forms a connecting flame (a'), the combustion flames (a) connect to each other at their base portion and are maintained in a stable condition, so that a stable combustion with a high efficiency is attained.
