CONSTITUTION:A normal sound is inputted repetitively and at first the feature of acoustic data is obtained by performing a main component analysis (4) being a statistical technique, moreover the fluctuation of the dark noise is obtained by performing the main component analysis (11) of a wide-view spectrum obtained by a cepstrum analysis (8) while especially noticing that the noise is fluctuating spectrally in a wide view of thinking. Then, the judgement of whether the sound is normal or abnormal is performed with respect to various input noise signals by judging comprehensively the results of main component analysises by these two statistical techniques and by obtaining the conviction degree of whether it is normal or abnormal with methods of a fuzzy inference (12), etc., quantitatively or by allowing a self-imagnation type neural net to team.

Thus, the presence/absence of abnormality in the original image is judged, and the abnormality of the monitor object is detected.
