    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect intrusion of an intruding object between sensors by arranging the 1st and 2nd sensors each consisting of a CCD camera and a light emitting device arranged opposite to each other at a prescribed interval vertically in opposite directions to each other, measuring the luminance of each image at each prescribed time, storing a mean value, comparing the mean values for each elapsed time and detecting the reduction in the mean value at the same time. SOLUTION: This supervisory equipment for intruder is made up of a 1st sensor consisting of a 1st CCD camera 11 and a 1st light emitting device 12, and a 2nd sensor consisting of a 2nd CCD camera 14 and a 2nd light emitting device 15. The 1st CCD camera 11 and the 2nd light emitting device 15 are contained in one and same case at a prescribed interval (h), and the 2nd CCD camera 14 and the 1st light emitting device 12 are contained similarly in the other case, and the interval (h) is equal to a sensing size of an intruder S. The images picked up by the respective cameras are sent to a supervisory center via a communication channel, an image processor compares the luminance of the images to supervise mean values, then the intrusion of the intruder is sensed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently record a monitored image at a railroad crossing in a recording medium and to eliminate a false alarm due to headlamp of a car. SOLUTION: This device is constituted to set frame picture images on a railroad crossing road 3 and its neighbourhood photographed by a TV camera after announcement of a railroad crossing closing signal of a railroad crossing safety device 1 as standard frame picture images, and when it compares the frame picture images photographed by the TV camera and the standard frame picture images with each other and detects a differential value exceeding a previously set threshold value between both of the frame picture images, to record the frame picture images of the TV camera 2 in a recording part and to output an alarm signal. The frame picture image from which the maximum differential value is detected out of the frame picture images of the TV camera 2 to be compared with the standard frame picture images is selectively recorded in the recording part.

    • PURPOSE:To package an optical fiber onto a substrate with the same assembly procedures as to assembling electric circuits with high reliability by fixing the optical fiber into the disposing groove formed on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:Only the optical fiber disposing part on the semiconductor substrate 1 consisting of Si is exposed and the V-groove 2 is formed by dry etching the exposed part. In succession, only the electric circuit parts, i.e., the shoulder parts of the V-groove are exposed and Al patterns 3 are formed by vapor deposition with an electron beam on the exposed parts. Ti layers 4 as barrier layers for preventing solder galling are formed thereon by the vapor deposition with the electron beam. Further, Pb and Sn are alternately formed in laminar layers thereon by the vapor deposition with the electron beam and thereafter, the substrate is heated to a prescribed temp. to form solder bumps 5. The optical fiber 7 formed with an coating layer 6 by electroless plating is then disposed in the V-groove 2 and a bonding tool 8 is pressed thereto from above and is heated, by which the optical fiber 7 is soldered an packaged onto the substrate 1.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent image Quality from being deteriorated due to the gradient of electric potential in the longitudinal direction of wire-shaped cathode-ray tube by providing difference in electric potentials through application of voltage to both ends of wire-shaped cathode at the time of discharging electrons, and inverting the gradient of electric potential generated in the wire-shaped cathode. CONSTITUTION:A wire-shaped electron source is composed of a wire-shaped cathode 102 for emitting electrons and an electrode positioned in parallel with and opposite to the wire-shaped cathode 102. In driving the wire-shaped electron source which emits electrons from the cathode 102 after the cathode 102 is turned into a condition where it can emit electrons when it is energized and heated. In the driving method, voltage is applied to both ends of the cathode 102 from a heating power source 201 so as to provide electric potential difference upon emitting of electrons, and the gradient in electric potential generated in the cathode 102 at that time is inverted so as to enable equalization in terms of time. It is thus possible to prevent generation of electric potential gradient in the longitudinal direction of the wire-shaped electrode 102, and prevent generation of scattering in luminousity and deterioration in image quality caused by fluctuation in the diameter of beam spot in the longitudinal direction of the cathode 102.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate danger of lead-cage of airtightness at sealing parts of a case by providing an electrode leading terminal for supplying the variable high voltage to a control electrode or a deflecting electrode, which form the electrode structure, at a position dislocated from sealing parts of a front plate and a back plate of a case under the condition that the electrode leading terminal is passed through the case. CONSTITUTION:An electrode leading terminal 109 is a cup-shape conductive terminal 111 made of 426 alloy or covar or the like and is formed into a hollow flat conical shape. The electrode leading terminal 109 is provided under the condition that it is passed through a side wall 103 of a back plate 104 forming a case 106. Electrical connection of the electrode leading terminal 109 and an electrode structure 107 is performed by welding a shielding wire 112 with the conductive terminal 111 of the electrode leading terminal 109 and connecting this shielding wire 112 to a control electrode or a deflecting electrode directly. The electrode leading terminal 109 is thereby fixed to a case 106 strongly. Furthermore, since the electrode leading terminal 109 is welded for fixation, airtightness of the case 106 is improved more than a case using soldering glass paste having a low melting point.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an electrod from oxidation by mounting cathode supporting terminal means not directly to a recess provided in the back plate, but through an assembly base made of metal. CONSTITUTION:A cathode-ray display device concerned is equipped with a plurality of wire cathodes 12 set stretched in parallel with one another, a control electrode 16 installed on a back plate 14 positioned in the direction intersecting the wire cathodes 12 at right angles, a deflecting electrode 20 which deflects electron beam into the direction perpendicular to the wire cathodes 12, and a fluorescent substance layer 24 which is installed on a facade plate 26 and with which an anode 22 is installed consolidatedly, wherein the back plate 14 is provided with a recess 32 between a frame 30 and a base 28 where the control electrode 16 is installed. An assembly base 42 made of metal is installed in this recess 32, and thereon cathode supporting terminal means 36, 38 are fixed by means of welding, and the wire cathodes 12 are set over them in tension. This eliminates exposure to the oxidative atmosphere resulting from baking of frit glass, and generation of cathode contamination and oxidation of electrode can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To make the superposition or separation of rasters on a boundary part of respective image small area unconspicuous by scanning the whole image small areas by using the 2nd storage circuit and then outputting a picture element signal to be sampled and held in the 1st storage circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 1st and 2nd storage circuits 38A, 38B are used as a driving system and image signals are supplied from the circuits 38A, 38B to a horizontal driving circuit 40 through a switching circuit 42. The whole scanning is executed by using the 2nd storage circuit and image signals in several lines corresponding to a position in contact with the maximum deflecting part of adjacent image small areas are temporarily stored in the 1st storage circuit without successively outputting only for the data signal of the part. After ending all residual scanning, the temporarily stored image signals are outputted at a prescribed deflecting timing. Thereby, picture elements existing in the vicinity of the joining part of the small areas of each image are emitted with a proper time delay. Thus, the joining part can be prevented from being individually displayed as a bright line.
