    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of measuring a coefficient of air permeability of a coating material on a concrete structure or the like accurately in a short period.
      SOLUTION: In this method, a coating is provided by coating the coating material of a test surface of a base material for a test body, and pressurized air is allowed to permeate through the coated base material in the orthogonal direction to the test surface, and the permeation amount is compared with an air permeation amount measured similarly after removing the coating, to thereby measure a coefficient of air permeability showing the air permeability of the coating material. The base material 32 is formed of a non-concrete-based porous board 34 having the coefficient of air permeability of ≥3.6×10
      -15 m, and the test surface 38 is made to be a smooth face.
