When the slide frame 2 is rotated to a housing position where the upper plate 4 is positioned on the upper side extension of the slide frame 2, the cup holder 3 can be housed in the case 1 together with the slide frame 2. When the cup holder 3 is rotated to a developing position where the upper plate 4 is made horizontal, the bottom of the cup inserted to the through hole 4a of the upper plate 4 is supported by the loading part of the lower plate 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the rigidity and shape retention of a core material, in an interior material consisting of the core material formed by foaming resin beads to mold them and the skin covering the surface part of the core material, by fixing a nonwoven fabric to the surface part of the core material and fixing the skin to the surface part of the nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: In producing an interior article, a nonwoven fabric 12 is applied to the inner surface of one mold member 21 of a foaming mold 20 consisting of a pair of mold members 21, 22 and the mold members are clamped. Next, the cavity 23 of the mold 20 is filled with resin beads B from a filling hole 22a and steam is supplied into the cavity 23 from an injection hole 22b to foam the resin beads B to mold a core material 11. At this time, the resin beads B are mutually bonded to be fixed to the nonwoven fabric 12. Thereafter, the core material 11 and the nonwoven fabric 12 are taken out of the foaming mold 20 and the excessive place of the nonwoven fabric 12 is removed. Subsequently, a skin is applied to the inner surface of a vacuum mold and the nonwoven fabric 12 having the core material 11 fixed thereto is pressed to the back surface of the skin to be fixed thereto.

Next, the gap between the molding surface 32a and the net 14 is filled with the molten resin 13' having to become the core material 13. The molten resin 13' presses the net 14 to the cushion layer 12 and a part 13a thereof adheres to the cushion layer 12 through the meshes 14a of the net 14.
