    • PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a multiple bundled tube and to enlarge its length by bundling many fine diameter tubes through filler, arranging them in an outer pipe and traveling annular heating and annular coating alternately on the outer part of the outer pipe. CONSTITUTION:Many fine tubes 2' having prescribed size each are bundled previously and filled with brazing filler metal 7 as filler. Then, the outer pipe 1' is put on these bundled tubes to form a raw pipe 3' and a high frequency induction device, etc., at an annular heating device 4 and an annular cooling device 5 are arranged at prescribed sites of the outer pipe 1' under this state. When the heating device 4 and the cooling device 5 are traveled relatively in the axial direction, the heated outer pipe 1' is plasticized as its front and rear are constrained by the cooling device 5, clamped and rolled by a bending moment. Hereby, the heating device 4 and the cooling device 5 are reciprocated all over the length of the outer pipe 1 to obtain a multiple bundled tube strongly clamped through brazing filler metal 7. Therefore, the multiple bundled tube is improved in the quality.

    • PURPOSE:To continuously form a long-sized triplicate pipe of conductors by bonding a plurality of conductors between an inner pipe and an outer pipe through filler in an annular arrangement. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of conductors 6 having a prescribed fine diameter each are fixed tightly in a close state to each other and in an annular arrangement on the outer surface of the inner pipe 2 through brazing filler metal 7. The outer pipe 1 is put on the conductors and an annular heating device 4 such as a high frequency inductance heating device, etc., is set at a prescribed site of the outer pipe 1 and before and behind it or behind it at least are set annular cooling devices 5, 5 to perform showering.     • PURPOSE:To prevent formation of an intermetallic compd. and to obtain satisfactory joint strength by cutting the surface layers of the soft metals at the end edges of hard metal joint furfaces to form fresh surfaces and bringing the joint surfaces and the fresh surfaces into press contact with each other thereby enabling joining at a low temp. CONSTITUTION:A jig 10 set therein with blocks 1, 7, 7 is introduced into a chamber and the atmosphere is maintained in a vacuum. While the respective blocks are kept heated, a hard metal block 1 is pressurized and depressed. The surface layers in the tapered parts 8, 8 of soft metal blocks 7, 7 are cut by the edges 5, 6 of the block 1 according to the descending of the block 1 by which fresh surfaces are formed on the blocks 7, 7 and are brought into tight contact with the surfaces in the tapered parts 2, 3 of the block 1. The pressurizing force is then decreased and after this state is maintained, the jig is cooled, by which the diffusion joining between both is completed.

    • PURPOSE: To make destruction of microdefects possible and to make segregation elements near grain boundary uniform by heating materials to be welded having microdefects in the inside at high temp. and applying high pressure.
      CONSTITUTION: By heating materials to be welded in which microdefects such as cracks and pores etc. are generated in the inside of welding part at high temp., base materials are allowed to sufficiently cause plastic flow or creep behavior. Therewith, by pressing mechanically from each directions for uniaxial, biaxial, and triaxial or by applying high pressure such as hydrostatic pressure from all directions, the base materials are accelerated to behave plastic deformation. By holding enough time at such heated and pressured state and performing heat treating process or metallurgical reaction, the microdefects are desturcted. Then, by performing of unloading and cooling, the welding microdefects are extinguished. According this method, a disk of gas-turbine wheels and blades etc. are joined surely by meltwelding.
