    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To early terminate sinking of a reclaimed ground by freely dropping an annular rolling compaction body adapted to freely elevate along a tremie pipe for throwing in reclaiming material to perform compaction for the reclaimed material thrown to the bottom of water under water. SOLUTION: A tremie pipe 3 for throwing reclaiming material 11 is installed in a platform boat 2, an annular rolling compaction body 4 is suspended through a wire 7 by a winch 5 on the platform boat 2, and the tremie pipe 3 is loosely fitted in a central opening of the rolling compaction body 4 to freely elevate the rolling compacting body 4 taking the tremie pipe 3 as a guide. Reclaiming material such as water bottom sediment, mountain earth or the like is thrown into the bottom of water through the tremie pipe 3 and then the rolling compaction body 4 is raised to a designated height and freely dropped. The operation is repeated designated number of times, whereby the thrown reclaiming material 11 is subjected to compaction by the dead load of the rolling compaction body 4 and the drop impact force thereof. Thus, the compaction for the reclaiming material 11 thrown into the bottom of water is performed under water, the progress of compaction for the reclaiming material 11 is promoted from its initial stage so as to early terminate sinking of the reclaimed ground.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the purification of water exuding from waste subjected to landfilling. SOLUTION: In a waste disposal plant 1, a cut-off construction 2 is executed to the entire inside area of a recessed ground E created by excavation while utilizing natural topography, and a sand mat bed 3 used in the protection and drainage of the cut-off construction 2 is formed on the bottom surface of the ground E and an exuded water collecting and distributing pipe 5 is arranged to the inner bottom surface of the central part of the sand mat bed 3. Waste is changed in the disposal plant 1 to be piled up to a predetermined thickness and, thereafter, intermediate soil covering is executed. This process is successively repeated to successively fill the disposal plant. The intermediate soil covering bed 12 comprises a cut-off bed having purifying function and drain function and a vertical water collecting and draining pipe piercing through a waste 6 and the soil covering bed 12 and connected to the water collecting and distributing pipe 5 is vertically provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water interception structure in a waste disposal site in which even when heavy machinery is traveled and circled in the upper part, the water interception structure strongly supports load thereof and easily avoids being damaged by deflection and torsion and also even when subsidence due to compression, compaction and decomposition or the like is caused in waste, the water interception structure is not retreated thereby and damaged. SOLUTION: A water interception structure 10 is installed in the bottom of a waste disposal site 11 to prevent sewage from being leaked from the inside of the disposal site 11 to the ground of the circumference. The water interception structure 10 consists of lower layer watertight asphalt 12 which covers the ground 20 of the bottom and is laid, a water permeable asphalt layer 13 provided on the upper face of the lower layer watertight asphalt 12 and upper layer watertight asphalt 14 which covers the upper face of the water permeable asphalt layer 13 and is formed. Further, the water permeable asphalt layer 13 is partitioned into a plurality of compartments 17 by partition weirs 15 and also monitoring pipes are provided in the respective compartments 17.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the leaching of polluted water to the outside. SOLUTION: This disposition plant has underground continuous walls 10 and permeable layers 12. These continuous walls 10 are made impervious and are closed by impermeable layers on their bottom end side. These permeable layers 12 are disposed in the intermediate positions of the continuous walls 10 and comprise permeable materials 12a and hole parts 12b for water feed and discharge. The bottom ends of the permeable materials 12a exist upper than the bottom ends of the continuous walls 10 and are installed down to the depth arriving at the impermeable layers. In this disposition plant, the water level of the permeable layers 12 is so controlled by a controller 22 as to be kept higher at all times than the water level of the waste 20. A first water level sensor 24 for detecting the water level of the permeable layers 12 and a second water level sensor 26 for detecting the water level of waste 20 are connected to this controller 22. A water feed pump 28 for feeding the water to the hole parts 12b and a water drain pump 30 for discharging the water from the hole parts 12b are connected to the controller.

    • PURPOSE: To enhance the effect of preventing lost circulation of muddy water by mixing high water-absorption fibers in stable water (muddy water) which prevents the collapse of an excavated wall surface when constructing an underground continuous wall and jamming up a clearance on the excavated wall surface and cutting down a flow passage of muddy water. CONSTITUTION: Fibers under a double structure which comprise an inner layer which serves as a core formed with acrylic fibers and an outer layer formed with high water absorption polymers which surround the inner layer, are mixed with bentonite muddy water, polymer muddy water and so forth, thereby producing a stable liquid. Then, a stable liquid (muddy water) 22 is supplied into an excavated ditch hole 20, thereby penetrating the fibers in the muddy water into the clearances between soil particles in a deep and extensive range, and swelling and jamming up and cutting down the flow passage of muddy water. The preventive effect of lost circulation of muddy water is forced to be held for a long time. This construction makes it possible to reduce the amount of high water-absorption fibers to be used.
