    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sensor board capable of producing a sensor board detectable of substances with high accuracy by forming a conductive layer into a uniform thickness, and to provide a sensor board produced by the method.
      SOLUTION: The method for producing a sensor board 1 includes a step of preparing a base insulating layer 2, a step of forming at least a pair of electrodes 5 on the base insulating layer 2, and a step of forming a conductive layer 7 by spraying a conductive component-containing liquid onto the base insulating layer 2 by an ultrasonic spray method so as to cover the electrodes 5. The method can form the conductive layer 7 uniformly. The method can also reduce production cost of the sensor board 1 due to less loss of the conductive ingredient containing liquid. In addition, the sensor board 1 produced by the method for producing the sensor board 1 can detect substances surely with high accuracy.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit board and a manufacturing method thereof capable of improving the adhesion between a conductor pattern and a covering insulating layer without deteriorating transmission characteristics.
      SOLUTION: A predetermined conductor pattern 2 is formed on the base insulating layer 1 consisting of a polyimide film by e. g. electrolytic copper plating. A cover insulating layer 6 is formed to cover the conductor pattern 2 except a partial region on the conductor pattern 2. Namely, the partial region on the conductor pattern 2 becomes an opening 7 for a terminal, and a part of the conductor pattern 2 which is not covered with the cover insulating layer 6 becomes a terminal. An electrolytic gold plating layer 10 is formed on the partial region on the conductor pattern 2. A roughened part 5 is formed on the partial region on the conductor pattern 2 in the outer periphery of the opening 7 for the terminal.

An adhesive pattern is formed on the conductor pattern by exposing and developing the adhesive layer precursor. Then a base insulating layer 2 is bonded on the conductor pattern through the adhesive pattern. Finally an FPC substrate is completed by peeling off the carrier layer 8 from the conductor pattern.
