    • PURPOSE:To directly switch a two-dimensional image signal as it remains an optical signal, by constituting a switching part by placing a polarization plane control element on an output side being orthogonal to an input side, and providing an output part on the outside of the polarization plane control element and the opposite side to the input side of a beam splitter, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An optical signal emitted from an input light image guide I1 passes through a switching part SW1 as it remains a P wave because the switching part SW1 is in an ON state. Since a switching part SW2 is in an OFF state, said signal is changed to an (s) wave by an optical polarization plane control element C21, curved by 90 deg. by a polarizing beam splitter S2, and converted to a (p) wave again by an optical polarization plane control element C22. Subsequently, since switching parts SW5, SW6 are in an ON state, the optical signal travels straight as it remains a (p) wave, reaches an output light image guide O2, and the input light image guide I1 and the output light image guide O2 are connected. In such a way, an image signal transmitted by the optical image guide can be changed directly as it remains an optical signal, and an operation of a conversion to an electric signal, etc. becomes unnecessary.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and automatically set up a suitable parameter by setting up parameter for a sensor processing program by plotting graphic so as to superpose it on the measured result of a sensor. SOLUTION: A graphic judged as coincidence with measured data by an input device 2 is selected from a graphic selection window displayed on a display 1a and operation for superposing a point on the graphic to the measured data is executed. The operation is executed by a graphic information input means 9. Then, a processing program selecting means 10 automatically selectes a processing program. Then, an evaluation function selecting means 11 automatically selects a suitable evaluation function from one or plural evaluation functions based on the shape of the selected graphic, the position of the selected point and the measured data. Then, a parameter calculating means 12 calculates a parameter by the use of the selected evaluation function. A processing result calculating means 13 calculates the positional vector of an angle by using the parameter and the measured result of the sensor and displays the vector on a display 1a.
