    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel treating device of an internal combustion engine capable of quickly measuring an evaporated fuel concentration in a mixture.
      SOLUTION: The evaporated fuel treating device includes a canister 13 having an adsorbent 14 for temporarily adsorbing evaporated fuel and a space layer 19, a purge pipe 15 for introducing the mixture containing evaporated fuel separated from the adsorbent 14 to an intake pipe 2, and a purge control valve 16 for adjusting a flow rate of the mixture introduced from the purge pipe 15 to the intake pipe 2 based on a measuring result of the evaporated fuel concentration in the mixture. The device comprises a concentration detection unit 20 disposed outside the canister 13 and a supply pipe 25 for sucking the mixture from the canister 13 and supplying it to the concentration detection unit 20, wherein an intake opening of the supply pipe 25 is located closer to an adsorbent 14 side than an inner wall surface of an upper wall 131. The evaporated fuel concentration in the mixture sucked from the suction opening of the supply pipe 25 approaches the evaporated fuel concentration of the mixture during actual purge in a relatively short time, and therefore the evaporated fuel concentration of the mixture can be measured quickly.

By providing one-way valves in the purge lines 24, 27, canister purging operations are performed in the order of the line having higher negative pressure and the maximum purge flow is therefore provided when both of them operate together.
