    • PURPOSE: To suppress an influence on a plant to a minimum by regulating and controlling the data update of a hold circuit corresponding to the output signal of a comparator to speedily transmit the operational abnormality of a circuit element to a computer. CONSTITUTION: This circuit is provided with two hold circuits 11-1 and 11-2, two buffer circuits 12 and 17 receiving digital signals, comparator 18 and gate control circuit 13 and the output signal of the first hold circuit 11-1 is sent through the first buffer circuit 12 to a plant 6. At the same time, the output of the first buffer circuit 12 is transmitted to the second buffer circuit 17, the comparator 18 digitally compares the second hold circuit 11-2 with the second buffer circuit 17 to detect the fault of the circuit element, and the data update of the gate control circuit 13 is regulated corresponding to the signal of the comparator. Therefore, the abnormality of a digital signal output circuit 4 is speedily detected and the operation of the gate control circuit 13 is regulated and controlled so that an erroneous digital output signal can be prevented from being sent to the plant.

    • PURPOSE:To control uniformly, taking account of actual load in a load limiter control device for a turbine applied to the load-frequency control of a nuclear power plant or the like. CONSTITUTION:The rotating speed 10 of a generator is inputted into an ALR (automatic load control device) 25, and a speed governing signal 19a is outputted from a speed governing arithmetic part 19. The speed governing signal 19a is inputted to a speed governing feedforward arithmetic part 22, and its output is phase-compensated by a turbine phase compensator 23 so as to be outputted as a speed governing compensation signal 22a. An AFC signal 8 is inputted into a load fluctuation width computing part 20, and its output 20a and the output set value 9 are added. The deviation between the added value and generator output 7 is obtained and phase-compensated by a turbine phase compensator 21 so as to become a set signal 9c. The set signal 9c is added to the signal 22a to control a load limiter 13. Because of controlling by the rotating speed 10 along with the AFC signal 8, load can be correctly limited to the set fluctuation width, taking account of actual load.
