摘要： PURPOSE:To fix a microphone unit onto a substrate surely inexpensively in a very short period by adopting the constitution such that the substrate and the shell of the microphone unit are coupled closely by using a wide band. CONSTITUTION:A microphone unit 1 is arranged nearly perpendicularly between two band throughholes 7a, 7b to contact the shell 1b of the microphone unit 1 onto the substrate 2 closely. Then a wide band 6 is wound to part of the shell 1b of the microphone unit 1. Then both ends of the wide band 6 are inserted to the band throughholes 7a, 7b to bind both ends of the band 6 at the rear side of the board 2. Thus, a problem of a bent lead terminal wire due to the weight of the microphone unit 1 is avoided and the microphone unit is surely fixed directly while keeping the perpendicularity.

The notched part 28 of the outside movable side plate 27 and time projection 33 of the inside movable side plate 32 compose a movable side plate joining means for joining the outside movable side plate 27 and the inside movable side plate 32 together. Further, the notched part 25 of the outside fixed side plate 24 and the projection 30 of the inside fixed side plate 29 compose a fixed side plate joining means.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of the insert molded body of a thin-wall board by injection molding and obtain the insert molded body of the thin-wall board having stable quality at a low cost. SOLUTION: To a first molding part 4a having an engraved part, one side of a thin-wall board 1 is installed onto a predetermined position under the state being faced to the engraved part. Further, a second molding part 4b for blocking the other side of the tin-wall board 1 is installed onto the first molding part 4a. Under the state just mentioned above, a thermoplastic resin is injected in the engraved part of the first molding part 4a. After that, after the second molding part 4b is separated from the first molding part 4a, a third molding part, which has an engraved part on a surface opposite to the other side of the thin-wall board 1, is installed onto the first molding part 4a so as to inject the thermoplastic resin in the engraved part of the third molding part.

摘要： PURPOSE: To easily perform the installing work or inspecting work of an electronic equipment mounting device without deteriorating the resistance to rain of the device by providing an opening/closing means which supports the main body of the device in an openable/closable state between a mounting base and the main body. CONSTITUTION: After a mounting base 20 is installed on an outdoor wall surface, etc., wiring 22 from the outside is led to and connected to the wiring connecting section 21 of the base 20. The main body 10 of an electronic equipment mounting device is supported by the base 20 in an openable/closable state against the base 20 by inserting the front end sections of the pins of hinge parts 30a into the holes of hinge parts 30b. After the pins are inserted into the holes, a signal route to the outside is formed so that electronic equipment in the body 10 can be operated. When the rear surface of the body 10 is brought into contact with the base 20 in this way by closing the body 10, the front end section of a partition wall 23 is joined to a waterproof packing 11b and, at the same time, pressured by the elasticity of the packing 11b. As a result, the area of a first space 24, namely, the area from the equipment housed in the body 10 to the lead-in port of external wiring 22 including connecting leads 40 and a wiring connecting section 21 can be water-proofed.
