    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to manufacture repeatedly and stably cables of not only straight shape but also complicated curvature shape with fewer work processes than before without requiring a carrier sheet. SOLUTION: An adhesive composition layer 2, in which a pressure sensitive adhesive that adherers to the conductor foil at the temperature at which the hot-melt adhesive does not melt, and does not adhere in substance to the conductor foil by increasing the temperature with its decreased adhesion, is added in the hot-melt adhesive, is formed on one face of a first insulating resin sheet 1. On the above adhesive composition layer, a conductor foil 3 is adhered at the temperature at which the hot-melt adhesive does not melt, and a plurality of lead wires 3a are punched out, and then, by increasing the temperature, the adhesion of the above pressure sensitive adhesive is decreased and a remaining material 3b of the conductor foil is removed. Then, a second insulting resin sheet 5 having a hot-melt adhesive layer 4 formed on one face is overlapped, and after heating and pressuring, the first and second insulating resin sheets 1, 5 are adhered clipping a plurality of lead wires 3a and a laminated structure 7 is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic vision scope capable of achieving at least the same quantity of change of the convergence angle as an existing scope without increasing the capacity of a balloon type actuator, or capable of achieving the same quantity of change of the convergence angle with a smaller mechanism as an existing scope. SOLUTION: A pair of front and rear support members 21 and 22 are attached to the tip of two image guides 11 and 12, and a balloon type actuator 3 is mounted between the support members 21 and 22 for changing the direction of the visual field of the image guides. An anisotropically dilating balloon is used as the actuator 3, and an easily dilatable part of the actuator is made to abut to the image guides. As the anisotropically dilating balloon is used, the dilatation force can be centered on a necessary part. As a result, excess dilatation pressure is not applied to other parts than the parts abutting to the image guides, and the same pressing force can be given to the image guides as an existing scope with a smaller dilatation volume than that of the existing scope.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the remaining rustproof liquid inside a metal stranded wire and to surely it apply to the surface thereof by passing the metal stranded wire in a foggy atmosphere of the rustproof liquid even though the rustproof liquid is aqueous. SOLUTION: A metal stranded wire 3 such as a copper stranded wire passes in a closed space filled with the fog of rustproof liquid S using solvent basing on water and alcohol or water. Preferably, the rustproof liquid S pressurized and supplied by a pump 1 is foggily sprayed directing to the metal stranded wire 3 running between nozzles 2, 2 in a lengthwise direction from the nozzles 2 by compressed air through an air pipe 5. No rustproof liquid S remains inside the metal stranded wire 3 different from liquid application. Therefore, in the heat history of the next insulation layer coating process, non-vaporization of the rustproof liquid S has no adverse affect on an insulation layer, and no performance deterioration of the formed wire or cable is allowed. The disposition in a reverse direction of 180 degrees or the disposition at equal intervals of three or more of the nozzles 2, 2 is preferable on the metal stranded wires 3.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an accident of dielectric breakdown by using a wire material as an anode, applying a voltage between the anode and a cathode arranged in an organic solvent solution to form a semiconductive organic high polymer layer mainly of a copolymer of copolymer-type monomer over the surface of the wire material. CONSTITUTION:A long size wire material 2 having a metal of the oxidation potential higher than an electrolytic oxidation copolymer-type monomer at least in the surface layer is let pass continuously through an organic solvent solution 5 which is made by resolving the electrolytic oxidation copolymer-type monomer and a holding electrolyte, a voltage is applied between the wire material 2 as an anode and a cathode 8 arranged in the organic solvent solution 5, to form a semiconductive organic high polymer layer mainly of a copolymer of a copolymer-type monomer over the surface of the wire material 2. And a single line of the resultant lead wire 12 or a stranded wire of the lead wires 12 is covered with an insulating organic high polymer. In such a composition, an accident of dielectric breakdown can be prevented even though there is a poor stranded wire condition or a some level of uneven defect locally of the inner semiconductor layer.
