For a special stop cock, the connection port 66b of the branched water cock 66 in a condition where the spindle unit (the second spindle turning means) 68 as a second connecting means is disconnected, is connected to a secondary port 1b of the stop cock through a preliminary connection adapter 83 in a water-tight manner, and a water supply pipe 2 leading to a low tank is connected to a connection screw part 76 provided on the outer circumference of an operation port 77 of the branched water cock 66 in a water-tight manner. The first connecting means and the second connecting means can be selected by one kind of branched cock 66 and a simple preliminary adapter 83.

The distance between the tank bulge section 28 and the nozzle 22 is minimized to reduce the cold water left in the hose 30. The capacity of the warm water tank 19 is increased for washing over a long period, and the cold water is prevented from being discharged in an early stage of washing.
