    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the improvement of reliability of a compressor as well as the comfortable property of an air conditioner by an inexpensive constitution while retaining the constitution of a refrigerating cycle as it is without complicating the same. SOLUTION: A refrigerant heating type air conditioner is provided with a compressor suction temperature detecting means 10, detecting the suction temperature of a compressor 1, a temperature setting unit, storing a set temperature, a comparing means, comparing a compressor suction temperature, detected by the compressor suction temperature detecting means 10, with the set temperature of the temperature setting unit, a counting means, storing a set period of time, and a control means, controlling a two-way valve 4 so as to finish refrigerant recovering operation after elapsing the period of time of the counting means from a time point when a compressor suction temperature, detected by the compressor suction temperature detecting means 10 during the refrigerant recovering operation, in which the two-way valve 4 is closed, has become lower than the set temperature. According to this method, operation, in which the suction pressure of the compressor 1 becomes lower than the atmospheric pressure, is eliminated and the reliability of the compressor can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortable environment and attain energy saving state by a method wherein in the case that a capability of an outdoor device has a surplus for an indoor device, while a maximum load is supplied to the indoor device, the surplus capacity is supplied to the indoor device of maximum load. SOLUTION: In the case that a capacity of a compressor is calculated for every predetermined period under application of data obtained through a difference temperature calculating circuit 2, a rated capacity memory circuit 5, an ON-OFF discriminating circuit 4 and a load constant table 10 and further in the case that there is a difference temperature signal corresponding to a maximum air conditioning load zone even in one room and a capacity of the compressor is not fulfilled up to an operation allowable value, it is calculated by applying a load constant in the maximum air conditioning load obtained by the load constant memory means. Then, there is provided a compressor capacity control means for use in controlling a capacity of a capacity (frequency) variable type compressor, and also there is provided a valve opening degree control means for calculating a degree of opening of each of electrical expansion valves connected to an indoor device being operated for every predetermined period under application of the aforesaid data and data obtained by the memory means for storing an initial degree of opening of the aforesaid valve and for controlling a degree of opening of the electrical expansion valve in response to a result of this calculation.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a ventilating operation and simplify an operation under an environmental condition of each of the rooms such as a wash basin place, a toilet and a bath room requiring a ventilation work during its use by a method wherein when any one of the rooms is to be air conditioned, the air conditioned room is ventilated. CONSTITUTION:At first, a ventilation motor 11A for a wash basin place is operated under an ON-operation of an operation switch 8A at the wash basin place, a damper motor 4A at the wash basin place is operated so as to cause the damper to be opened and then a blowing main body chamber 4 and an air conditioning duct 6 are communicated to each other. In addition, a compressor and fan motor relay 15 is closed to cause an indoor fan motor 2A, the compressor 9 and the outdoor fan motor 9B are operated to cause either the cold air or the hot air to be blown from the blowing grill 7 at the wash basin place. On-operation of the operation switch 8B at the toilet place causes the ventilation motor 12A to be operated at first and concurrently the damper 4B of the toilet is operated to cause the damper to be opened, the chamber 4 and the air conditioning duct 6 are communicated from each other and then either the cold air or the hot air is sent to the toilet.

    • PURPOSE:To enable separation of a refrigerant regarding not only an azeotropic refrigerant but also an azeotropic refrigerant, to enable improvement of performance of a separating circuit, and to increase the variable width of capacity by a method wherein a refrigerant separating device having a functional film which facilitates the passage of a specified kind of a refrigerant is connected to a freezing cycle. CONSTITUTION:Since, with first and second solenoid valves 16 and 17 closed, no refrigerant flows to a separator 101, all of a sealed refrigerant having initial concentration flows through a second throttle device 14 to a vaporizer 15. With the first solenoid valve 16 opened, a refrigerant in a gas liquid 2-phase state cooled and liquefied by a condenser 12 and reduced in a pressure by a first throttle device flows through an inlet piping 105 of the separator 101 to the separator 101. Since R-22 is apt to permeate a functional film 103, R-22 concentration of a refrigerant is increased at a permeation outlet piping 107. However, since the second solenoid valve 17 is in a closed state, a refrigerant high R-22 concentration is stored in the permeation outlet piping 107. Meanwhile, since R-13B1 is difficult to permeate the functional film 103, R-13B1 concentration is increased at an outlet piping 106 of the separator 101, and the refrigerant flowing through the solenoid valve 16 is injected by means of a compressor 14.

    • PURPOSE: To realize a separator circuit having no heat loss by connecting a refrigerant separator having a functional film for facilitating passage of a specific type of refrigerant between a condenser and an evaporator in a refrigerating cycle for sealing a plurality of types of refrigerants, thereby eliminating a restriction in mounting and installing components of the circuit, reducing in size and simplifying the circuit. CONSTITUTION: Refrigerant vapor compressed by a compressor 11 is cooled to be liquefied by a condenser 12, evaporated by an evaporator 14, and returned to the compressor 11. When a solenoid valve 19 is opened and a sub-throttle unit 17 is fully closed, branched liquid refrigerant is introduced into a separator 101, R-22 for easily transmitting the film 103 is returned to an inlet of the evaporator 14 via a solenoid 16. Meanwhile, R-13B1 for scarcely transmitting the film 103 is stored in a high pressure side space (a) of the separator 101. Accordingly, the R-13B1 ratio of the main circuit is lowered, and the R-22 ratio is raised. Thus, refrigerant composition of the main circuit can be varied in response to an object without necessity of a heater or the like. And, since there is no restriction for mounting components of the circuit, the circuit can be reduced in size and simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent deflection of blades of a synthetic resin fan by providing a heat radiation preventing plate between a heater element and a fan of an auxiliary hester unit. CONSTITUTION:A front grill 4 having a suction port 2 and a blow-off port 3 is provided on the front surface of a main body 1 of an indoor unit in a freely attachable and detachable manner. An air guider 5 is provided within the main body 1 to form a blast circuit 6 communicating with the suction port 2 and the blow-off port 3. The blast circuit 6 is provided with a heat exchanger which heats or cools air. The blast circuit 6 is further provided with an auxiliary heater unit 8 heating further heated air, and a synthetic resin fan 9 of a circulating type which blows out air, at the time of space heating. In this case, a radiation preventing plate 14 is installed at a position higher than the heat element 12 of the auxiliary hester unit 8 and the fan 9. As a result, the radiation heat of the heater element 12 at the time of space heating is reflected by the radiation preventing plate 14, and it does not directly hit the blades 13.
