    • PURPOSE:To form a load cell stable in temperature change with low cost, by using sheet metal construction for a strain gauge type load cell. CONSTITUTION:A sheet metal which is easily obtained as a constantly elastic material, is pressed, and plates 25, 26 providing two holes 34, 35 around the center lengthwise and two fitting holes 32, 33 near one end, and a plate 27 sticked with four strain gauges 21-24 on the front and rear sides of two sectional coefficient minimum parts corresponding to the holes 34, 35 of the plates 25, 26, and provided with almost semicircular holes 36-39 leaving the center and with two fitting holes 32, 33, are prepared. Further, the plates 25, 26 are fixed on and below the plate 27 via blocks 28-31. Thus, a load cell is formed with low cost material easily, plates 25-27 are deformed in almost the same shape to a vertical load, and a strain corresponding to the load is produced to the strain gauges 21-24.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize a difference of postures and a driving torque by a method wherein a rotatable sleeve is engaged with a central shaft, adapted to a portable type VTR cylinder and fixed to a base plate, and a fluid lubricating bearing having stepped portions is formed between both of them. CONSTITUTION:Stepped portions are formed on a central shaft 12 at an upper and a lower positions thereof and further spiral grooves 50, 51 are formed on the stepped portions. The upper stepped portion 22 is formed so as to be located at a position opposing to internal wall portions of an upper cylinder, a head or the like while the lower stepped portion 23 is formed so as to be located at a position opposing to an internal wall of a motor magnet. Consequently, an oil reservoir 25, having an ample clearance between a rotating sleeve and the central shaft 12, is formed at an intermediate portion 24 between the upper and lower stepped portions 22, 23. According to this constitution, a bearing radial clearance value, wherein the bearing radial clearance satisfies binding conditions with respect to a difference of postures and a load torque in a VTR cylinder may be obtained. Accordingly, the difference of postures and the driving torque may be minimized.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an attitude difference due to a change in the axial part of a rotating part as much as possible by providing two thrust bearings remarkably different in the characteristic of the change of an axial thrust force to the change of a gap at both the end parts of an axia. CONSTITUTION:On the center part of one end face 9 side of a rotating shaft 1, the protruding part of a small diameter is formed. On the surface thereof, a microgroove bearing 5 on which a spiral groove is formed is provided. On the surface of a balance type spiral bearing 3, grooves for feeding lubricating oil under pressure to the center part of a housing 6 are symmetrically formed. On a thrust bearing 4, a spiral groove to a direction for feeding the lubricating oil 12 to a right end face is formed. Thereby, to the change of the axial load of the rotating shaft 1 which is produced by the attitude difference of the rotating shaft 1, the change of a position can be reduced.
