摘要： PURPOSE:To maintain low yield ratio in a steel sheet and to improve its weldability by rolling steel having specified chemical components, thereafter executing hardening, furthermore heating it to a temp. in the two phase region and subsequently executing air cooling, hardening and tempering treatment. CONSTITUTION:A slab constituted of, by weight, 0.05 to 0.20% C, 0.05 to 0.5O% Si, 0.30 to 1.80% Mn and 0.005 to 0.10% Al, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is subjected to hot rolling. It is hardened at the Ac3 point to 980 deg.C and is thereafter subjected to special hardening of heating it to a temp. in the two phase region (the Ac1 point to the Ac3 point) and subjecting it to air cooling to a prescribed temp. Successively, it is subjected to tempering treatment at 400 deg.C to less than the Ac1 point. In this way, the high tensile strength steel sheet of >=570N/mm class excellent in weldability and low in yield ratio can be obtd. Moreover, this steel is incorporated with prescribed amounts of one or more kinds among Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo, V, Nb, B, Ti and Ca according to necessary.

By this method, the necessity of fireproofing coating can be reduced or obviated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a smooth corrugated surface and a surface excellent in flatness, by overlapping two slabs each forming a corrugated surface on one face with their corrugated faces being opposed to each other through a release agent, by hot rolling after welding to fix their side boundaries, then peeling the overlapped surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Making a thick slab to be a subject, the corrugating work by a prescribed dimension is performed on its one surface by a gouging, etc. Two slabs S having the corrugated surface on each one side is overlapped to face each corrugated surface, through alumina as the release agent, then, this side boundary part 1 is spot-welded 2 to fix. Then, the hot rolling is performed in the prescribed hot rolling conditions and cooling conditions, to unfasten the welding 2, to peel the slabs S, S and to obtain two single faced cprrugated plates. As for the slab, waviness and ruggedness generated by gouging are nearly eliminated to become smooth surface conditions after rolling by being elongated. By this method, the product having the smooth flatness on the other surface as the structural steel plate is obtained.
