    • PURPOSE:To remove transported object, for ex. magnetic powder, from discharge guide part automatically by transporting it through reciprocative motion of a magnet assembly, and by forming the transport end part of a guide means into a discharge guide part which is bent downward. CONSTITUTION:A rack 96 is reciprocated through gears 90, 92 and 94 by rotat ing a shaft 74 in regular and reverse directions. Thereby a magnet 52 of No.1 magnet assembly is passed through at least one of the steps 38 of a guide means 14 to be followed by a retraction. Through such reciprocation, the magnetic substance on said guide means 14 is sent from one step 38 to the next until it reaches discharge guide part 45. The substance sent to discharge guide part 46 follows movement of No.2 magnet assembly 18 to be sent from one step 38 to at least the next when a magnet 78 makes advance, and comes into a guide path heading downward to fall off by its own weight and is collected in a box 98. This enables making the device with a smaller thickness, and therein the magnetic substance can be removed from the guide means automati cally.

    • PURPOSE:To enable continuous transportation in different directions by sending a magnetic substance to the end part of No.1 transport guide part through reciprocative motion of a magnet of No.1 moving element and then sending along No.2 transport guide part through reciprocative motion of a magnet of No.2 moving element. CONSTITUTION:No.1 moving element 48 is reciprocated through a rack 92, gears 94, a rack 90 together with reciprocative motion of No.2 moving element 50, and the processing waste from magnetic substance on No.1 transport guide part 40, for ex. magnetic powder included in the processing oil, is transported from one stepped part 38 to at least the next at the time of advance of magnet 52, and is detained at stepped part 38 at the time of retraction to stagnate there until magnet 52 makes next advance, when it will move further to a third stepped part. Thus the magnetic substance on a guide means 14 moves from No.1 transport guide part 40 to No.2 transport guide part 42, and thereby the transport direction is changed from approx. horizontal to aslant upwards. Thus the substance can be transported in two directions with different angles with respect to horizontal place without interruption.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent workability and work environment from deteriorating, by supplying fluid of pressure higher than that of fluid, supplied to a jetting part, and removing dust, accumulated in the jetting part, when a magnetic substance is removed from a work surface. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic substance, attractively mounted to a work surface 48, is removed, compressed air of pressure, higher than that of compressed air supplied to an air jetting part 56, is supplied removing dust accumulated in the air jetting part 56. The dust like a cutting chip, accumulated in the air jetting part 56, is mostly a dust not removed by a pressure of the compressed air jetted when the magnetic substance is mounted and removed, and the compressed air of pressure, higher than when the magnetic substance is mounted and removed, is used being jetted only when the dust is removed. Consequently, workability of machining and its work environment can be prevented from deteriorating by enabling fluid like cutting oil to be prevented from scattering, in the time of machining, while supply of the fluid to a machine tool to be stopped in the time of removing the dust.
