摘要： PURPOSE:To accomplish a uniform charging of a storage tank with a massive powder without segregatin by running a tripper lengthwise and a wing comveyor widthwise on the storage tank. CONSTITUTION:A tripper coveyor 5 composing a tripper 2 is so installed on a storage tank 1 as to run in the lengthwise direction B-B thereon by means of a truck 4. On the other hand, in a frame 3 thereof, a wing comveyor 7 is so installed under a shute 10 as to run on a rail 13 provided widthwise on the tank 1 by means of wheels 11 mounted to a supporting frame 9 with the actuation of a motor 12. In operation, a massed powder 8 is carried by the conveyor 5. While charging the massive powder 8, the tripper 2 runs in the lengthwise direction B-B by means of the truck 4 and then, the conveyor 7 shifts widthwise on the tank 1. Under such a condition, the tripper 2 runs again to perform the charging of massed powder in sequence.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable tape to be separated from a coil together with inner peripheral paper by pressing a less adhesive side of two-sided adhesive tape against a coil end for temporary attachment to a coil and packing the coil with a more adhesive side thereof facing the packing material. CONSTITUTION:When attaching a coil end 2 temporarily to a coil, a two-sided adhesive tape 3 with different adhesive strengths is used. The coil end 2 is attached to the coil by applying a less adhesive side and the coil is then packed with an inner peripheral paper 4 applied thereon. Therefore, a more adhesive side of the tape 3 is firmly attached to the paper 4. When removing the packing material to unpack the coil 1 in later process, the tape 3 is automatically separated from the coil 1 together with the paper 4. The unpacking of the coil in this way prevents the coil from suffering damage and a partial scrapping, makes the unpacking operation labor-saving and permits and automatic temporary attachment of the coil end using a simple equipment.

By this constitution, in the case the rolled material is a wide flange shape steel, a positional setting of web restricted guides can be obtd. so as to match to this size, and this guide device can cope with the full sizes of the wide flange shape steel. Further, this guide device can cope with the rolling to the full sizes of the wide flange shape steel and the flat shape steel in the rolling material by using the guide device assembled with the web restricting guides 1a, 1b and the guide 5 for the flat shape steel into one set of the guide frames 2.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an internal ring-fitting device which is as light-weight and dimensionally small as being fittable in a robot hand by a method wherein a clamping means which respectively corresponds to two kinds of internal rings with different shapes is provided on a slide block, and the pressure of an air cylinder for clamping is switched into two stages. CONSTITUTION: For a ring clamping part, a main shaft 21 is provided at the center of a main plate 11, and 4 units of slide blocks 24 which are movable in the radial directions are attached to the main shaft 21 in the radial directions with an equal interval. Also, as an equalizer mechanism, a cross-shaped equalizer arm 22 is rotatably attached to the main shaft 21, and the equalizer arm 22 and respective slide blocks 24 are connected with a link plate 23. In addition, as a slide mechanism, respective slide blocks 24 are moved in the radial directions by 4 units of clamping cylinders 25. The pressures of the clamping cylinders 25 are switched into two stages depending on the kind of ring. By this method, one unit of robot can correspond to all kinds of internal rings.
