CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 is forced to approach exterior materials C piled on the ground by a crane or the like and the exterior materials are sucked and held at the suction part 40 by means of a vacuum pump 7 driven. At this time, the pump 7 can be driven by an operation switch which an operator waiting on scaffolds of a building is carrying. And a manual switch is provided at a control section 4 and it can be operated on the ground. The exterior materials are transferred close to the exterior wall W of the building by the movement of crane or the like in the state that the exterior material C is sucked at the suction part 40. Next, an operator waiting on scaffolds pulls the material C toward himself and fits it to the exterior wall. And the running of vacuum pump 7 is stopped by the operator's manipulation. Subsequently, the suction part 40 is removed from the exterior material C. When the exterior material is removed, the battery 6 is shifted to adjust the balance.

Upon this, for example, like a jib crane 10f, the telescopic boom 19 is contracted and the hoisting means is moved to the side of a jib 16 as required, the hoisted cargoes 6 and 7 are hoisted down on a specified floor within the structure 1 with the jib 16 turned around. Therefore, the hoisted cargoes can thereby be hoisted to a desired spot within the structure 1 by means of six jib cranes 10a through 10f even when it rains.
