摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a super heat-resistant high-voltage insulated electric wire which can bear high temperature and intense radioactive ray radiation and enable the manufacture thereof. CONSTITUTION:A copper conductor 2 is stranded on the outer circumference of a metal pipe 1 for water cooling and a heat resistant paint 3 is applied to the outer circumference, and then the resulting body is wrapped with a mica- inorganic substance woven article 4, and on the outer circumference of the obtained body is further wrapped with an inorganic woven material densely impregnated with a polymer precursor to form an insulating layer 5. The insulating layer 5 is pressed by an inorganic fiber knitted net 6 and furthermore a corrugated metal pipe 7 is put on the outer circumference.

CONSTITUTION:This silicon nitride filament composed of Si and N and having a dielectric breakdown voltage of 700-l200V, a dielectric constant of 3.0-5.0 and a thermal expansion coefficient of 1 to 3X10 / deg.C is produced by baking an infusibilized polycarbosilane yarn in a slow ammonia gas stream while raising the temperature from room temperature to 600 deg.C at a heating rate of 200-400 deg.C/h, continuing the baking process by raising the temperature from 600 deg.C to 1000 deg.C at a heating rate of 50-150 deg.C/h in an ammonia gas stream having a high flow rate and heat-treating in an inert gas atmosphere by heating from 1000 deg.C to 1200 deg.C at a heating rate of 300 deg.C/h.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce greatly the electromagnetic force generated at the time of plasma disruption and avoid destruction of a nuclear fusion reactor by providing a metallic vessel partially with a high electric resistance part, to which an inclining function material consisting of metal and ceramic having electric insulativeness is welded. CONSTITUTION:An inclining function material 2 is provided in the middle with a ceramic part 4 having electric insulativeness containing Al2O3, Si3N4, AlN, etc., and at the periphery is provided with a weldable metal part 6 consisting of stainless steel, Al alloy, etc., and an inclining part 5 is interposed between these two parts where the composition varies continuously. In case the eddy current mode revolving around it is dominant, the circuit of the current flow is shut by embedding this inclining function material 2 metallurgically by welding etc. in such a direction as shutting the flow of eddy current. Thus the eddy current induced is reduced to one fraction of several to several tens. Thereby a blanket vessel 1 is secured with soundness.

摘要： PURPOSE:To secure sufficient electric insulativeness by joining metallurgically the insulation consisting of an inclining function material with a piping or duct, which is installed in or around a nuclear fusion reactor of magnetic field confining type. CONSTITUTION:The electric insulative ceramic part 2 side of inclining part 3, 3' consists of components near ceramic, while the other end side consists of components near metallic part 4, 4'. The area between them is formed in a continuously changing composition. The inclining parts 3, 3' of electric insulation 1 have as well an electric insulativeness as coefficient of thermal expansion changing either continuously or in steps, and thereby even in case a temp. distribution is generated with welding etc. at manufacture and in operation, thermal stresses generated in piping 6, 6' are relieved. Also a sufficient electric insulation is secured by interposing electric insulative ceramic without being supported by electric conductor in such a form as to shut the piping or duct in its axial direction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to conduct the ignition of plasma and its control in a stable manner by a method wherein a multiwinding transformer, having the coil arrangement similar to the primary winding coil of a Tokamak type nuclear fusion device main body and also having an ignition coil, is coupled to an ignition power circuit. CONSTITUTION:A multiwinding transformer B has the coil arrangement similar to the mainbody of a Tokamak type nuclear fusion device A. As a result, the magnetic field pattern in the vicinity of an ignition coil 36 resembles to the magnetic field pattern of the main body of the device A. Accordingly, great electromagnetic force is not generated when a current is allowed to flow to the coil 36. When the current of the coil 36 is changed suddenly in the above-mentioned state, an induced current, with which the magnetic flux variation interlinked to the transformer B coil is suppressed, is caused to flow. As the impedance matrixes of the device A main body and the multiwinding transformer B are alike, high voltage is generated on the plasma 35 region of the device A main body, and the plasma is ignited. At this time, a current is induced so as to have little change in magnetic field in the plasma 35 region of the device A main body. As a result, a stable operation can be conducted even in the region of a low plasma current immediately after ignition.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge the healthiness of laminated rubber by grasping the interfacial state of rubber and rigid material layers by fault phatographing using an X-ray CT apparatus and measuring the impedance between a plurality of the rigid material layers to grasp the state of rubber. SOLUTION: An impedance measuring device 8 is connected to the laminated rubber, wherein rubber layers 4 and intermediate steel plates 5 are alternately laminated and the outside of the formed laminate is covered with a cover rubber layer 6, of a lead plug-containing laminated rubber structure so as to pierce the cover rubber layer. The impedance between the intermediate steel plates 5 is measured to grasp a vulcanized state. A lead plug 1 is sealed in the central opening of the laminated rubber wherein the rubber layers 4 and the intermediate steel plates 5 are alternately laminated and flanges 7 are arranged to the upper and rear surfaces of the laminate. Load is applied to the laminate in a vertical direction and the laminate is pressed in a horizontal direction to be deformed to be subjected to fault photographing in a non-destuctive manner by an X-ray CT apparatus to grasp the interfacial state of the rubber layers 4, the intermediate steel plates 5 and the lead plug 1. As a result, the healthiness of the lead plug-containing rubber structure can be judged in a non- destructive state.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a heat resistance electric material of an amorphous silicone nitride inorganic fiber substantially made of Si and N having the specified values of tensile strength and a volume resistance rate after a heat treatment in air at 1000 deg.C for a specified period so as to use the material in atmosphere of 1000 deg.C or higher. SOLUTION: A polycarbonated silane fiber having a diameter of 18μm obtained by using a spinning device is irradiated with electronic beams of 12MGy in a He gas atmosphere so as to be infusible. The fiber to be infusible after the irradiation is held in ammonia atmosphere for one hour by increasing a temperature from a room temperature to 800 deg.C at a speed of 300 deg.C/hour, then continuously switched to nitrogen gas atmosphere without contacting the air, held for one hour by increasing the temperature from 800 deg.C to 1200 deg.C at a speed of 300 deg.C/hour and then by slowly cooling this fiber, a silicon nitride inorganic fiber is obtained. This fiber is subjected to sizing with polyvinyl alcohol, then plainly woven with 20 pieces/inch in the longitudinal direction and 18/inch in the lateral direction and thereby a plainly woven tape having a thickness of 0.4mm is manufactured. This tape is wound on the outer periphery of a W conductive body at a lap of 1/2 and thereby a heat resistant insulated wire having an insulating body thickness of 1.2mm and an outer diameter of 5mmϕ is manufactured. For this electric insulating material, a tensile strength after temperature aging at 1000 deg.C for one hour is 1.0GPa or higher and a volume resistance rate is 10 Ωcm or more.
