摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of stepping motors used as driving sources so as to simplify the mechanism and reduce the weight thereof by pressing a spring-biased one end pivoted on an amplitude operating plate to an amplitude link, and providing a pressing piece for setting a connecting pin of the amplitude link to one of two positions. CONSTITUTION:Adjustable adjusting screws 28,28 are fixed to return support plates 27, 27 of an amplitude operating plate 13, and as the forward ends of the adjusting screws 28,28 are brought into contact with the amplitude link 14, the position of a connecting pin 16 of the forward end of an amplitude rod 9 can be controlled by the turning motion of the adjusting screw 28. Accordingly, it is possible to place the connecting pin 16 in a position aligned with the center of a shaft portion 11 of a control motor 10 and in a position at a distance (r) from the center of the shaft portion. In order to flip-flop the amplitude link 14 pivoted on the amplitude operating plate 13 in one of two positions, there is provided a pressing piece 32 which is pivoted on the amplitude operating plate 13 by a minor axis 30 and always urged to one direction. Thus, the weight can be reduced than the conventional sewing machine having the respective control motors.

摘要： PURPOSE:To mount a function selecting switch (function key) to a controller without increasing the number of cables through which an electronic sewing machine body is connected to the controller by a method wherein through comparison of the conversion value of a second A/D converter with a set value (plan value), it is recognized that terminals on both sides of a variable resistors are short-circuited during operation of a switch circuit. CONSTITUTION:With a switch SW turned ON, a potential at a connection point between a resistor R1 and a variable resistor VR produces a voltage VZD of a constant voltage diode ZD. An A/D converter 5 A/D-converts the voltage VZD, and a result is outputted through an input port 8 to a comparator 3 in a CPU. The comparator 3 compares set value data VVR=VccXRVR/R1+RVR at a connection point, prestored in a ROM, with input data from the A/D converter 5 and when it is recognized that the switch SW is turned ON, conversion data from the A/D converter 5 is outputted to a function selecting device 1. The function selecting device 1 operates a function responding to inputted data, and simultaneously outputs a control signal to the outside of the CPU through an output port 10 where necessary.
