摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a transplanting device surely carrying out holding division and retention of seedlings and having excellent seedling release by holding both left and right sides of seedlings from above with a seedling pushing pawl and setting the seedling pushing pawl in a specific state based on left and right seedling holding pawls. CONSTITUTION:A seedling pushing pawl 30 is formed in U-shape in a plane sight and laid between left and right seedling holding pawls 22 and 23 so as to grasp both left and right side of seedlings from above. The moving pawl 23 is rotated against the stationary pawl 22 during transplanting so that width of the left and right interval is changed. A pushing member 30 a of the seedling pushing pawl 30 is made to approach the inner wall of the stationary pawl 22, pushing member 30b is laid at a wide interval to the inner wall of the moving pawl 23, seedling holding action of the moving pawl is not disturbed and the gap between the moving pawl and the pushing pawl is enlarged at a transplanting point of time.

In the meanwhile, the protrusion 13 is inserted into a hole 12a formed on the inner side of follower shaft 12 supported by a sleeve 10a, a movable pawl body 14 is spline connected at an inner end part of the follower shaft 12, and a pawl 14a is engaged with a pawl 8a of the fixed pawl body 8 by a spring 15. A pin 16a of a shifter 16 is engaged with an outer circumferential groove of the movable pawl body 14. The main and the follower shafts 1, 12 are thus assembled in a straight line without causing axial deflection, thereby the movable pawl body 14 can be moved smoothly.

CONSTITUTION:Inside wheels A of an outside (front side) transplanter are longitudinally overlapped with left and right wheels B of a central (rear side) transplanter in a case of the narrowest space between vegetable rows. Although a large load is applied to the wheels B of the central transplanter 2(II) as a length of fitting frames are large, a sinking amount of the transplanter 2(II) into soil is reduced because the wheels B pass on the place hardened with stamping by the wheels A in operating the work in a state of the narrowest interval between vegetable rows and therefore depth of planting is averaged. By said method, number of transplanter is odd and installation of transversely transferring mechanism for controlling between the rows is not necessary in the central transplanter 2(I), then the construction is simplified, thus operation of controlling between the rows becomes ready because only position controls of the transplanters in both sides are necessary in reference to the central transplanter.

Then, a planting lever 9 is vertically moved together with advance of the transplanter to insert the seedling from a hole of film into the soil and the soil-covering tool 28 is lowered on the side to press the side soil while scraping and then raised. Thus, transplanting operation of seedlings is carried out. When a seedling is transplanted in the upland field to which mulching film is not applied, the soil covering tool 28 is exchanged for a roller 23 capable of rotating. Thereby the planting lever 9 is vertically moved to insert seedling into the soil and the roller 23 is moved forward on the side while rotating to press the soil and push the soil to the root of seedling.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of seedling caused by the drop of soil from a pot in the transplantation of even a vegetable seedling having insufficient root spread by filling kneaded soil in each pot of a seedling raising vessel and setting the pot in an upside-down state into a seedling box packed with a seedling raising culture soil. CONSTITUTION:A seedling raising vessel 1 having the form of a pot and made of vegetable fibers such as waste paper or pulp is provided with a sprouting hole (a) at the center of the bottom face. The vessel 1 has side walls rising from four sides of the bottom face. The tip ends of the side walls of the pot are connected with the tip ends of the side walls of the other pots to form a group of pots fittable to a seedling box. The seedling raising vessel 1 is placed on a proper plate 2. Mountain soil 3 having relatively high viscosity is sterilized by baking, kneaded with water and filled into each pot. Seedling raising culture soil 4 is heaped upon the kneaded soil at a prescribed thickness, a seedling box 5 is put on the culture soil and the whole assembly is turned upside down to obtain the objective seedling raising bed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title mold efficiently producing readily separable soil block, comprising a top mold having a V-shaped section and high gridiron downward projections, a bottom mold having a tip of trapezoidal section, facing the projection and a downward pin for forming seedling holes. CONSTITUTION:A given amount of kneaded soil is put in a bottom mold 4, a top mold 2 having protruded pins 5 is overlapped on the bottom mold 4 and pressed downward. Consequently, the kneaded soil is fastened by the top mold 2 and the bottom mold 4 and grooves are made by upper projections 1 and lower projections 3 from the top and the bottom. Simultaneously, holes are bored at the central part of the top of the kneaded soil by pins 5 to give blocks 7 having trapezoidal upper and lower parts, connected right and left and having a seeding hole at the center. Then, when the top mold 2 is raised, since the lower projections 3 are lower than the upper projections 1, the contact area of the bottom mold 4 to the kneaded soil 6 is smaller than that of the top mold 2 and the kneaded soil 6 is raised with the top mold 2. Then when the pins 5 are dropped, the kneaded soil 6 is separated from the top mold 2 while retaining the molded shape and can be put in a seedling box.
