    • PURPOSE:To secure given performance even though any communication failure is produced among control circuits by controlling the operation of a compressor by judging whether or not the compressor should be interrupted by the control circuits on the basis of two types or more of detection signals from a freezing device, an engine, and an engine control device. CONSTITUTION:An engine control device 3 controls an air conditioner relay 43 supplying a power supply voltage to a magnet clutch 13 for intermittently operating a compressor 10. The air conditioner relay 43 is controlled to its on-state when communication between that and control circuit part 2 is normally effected and it receives an on-command from the control circuit part 2. Even though there is produced any communication failure between the air conditioner control device 2 and the engine control device 3, the failure of the air conditioner control device 2 can be detected and a magnet clutch 13 is turned off, so that an evaporator 9 can be prevented from being frozen. Further, the engine control device 3 and the control circuit part 2 are connected through an SCI terminal for communication of blow-off temperature and sensor temperature therebetween, and further a trouble shooting apparatus 42 is connected to a communication line 41 for communication of information.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize rotational speed of an engine in idling state, in a system in which air temperature in a downstream of an evaporator is controlled to a set point of temperature through controlling a capacity of a compressor, by shifting the set point of temperature toward high temperature side when a rotational speed of the engine detected by a sensor is lower than a required value. CONSTITUTION:Air introduced into a duct of a temperature regulating device 1 by rotation of a fan 5 is cooled by using an evaporator 9. After that, the air is mixed with air heated during passing through a heater 15. The heated air is drawn into a car room from arbitrary blow out ports 18 to 20 as the air for air conditioning. Because cooling ability of the evaporator 9 is regulated by electric current fed to a control valve 11 contained in a compressor 10, air temperature in a downstream of the evaporator 9 is regulated so as to be a set point of air temperature. In this case, when a rotational speed detected by a rotational speed sensor 39 is lower than a required value, a control circuit portion 2 for controlling the control valve 11 and the like shifts the set point of air temperature in the downstream toward high temperature side.

TD, and the difference DELTATW between the dew-point temp. TD and a glass inner-face temp. TW is obtained by a subtraction pat 6. On the other hand, the difference DELTATR between the temp. TR and an outside air temp. TA detected by a sensor 7 is obtained, and the product of acceleration detected by a sensor 9 and the temp. difference DELTATR is calculated by a multiplication part 10 to obtain a correcting quantity alpha. And, a cloudiness preventing means 12 is controlled based on this value alpha and said value DELTATW and, when reduction in glass temp. due to acceleration is foreseen, the control of cloudiness prevention is enhanced. Thereby, the cloudiness prevention control can be carried out earlier, securing a favorable visibility.

And an electronic controller 4 for a compressor controls a magnet clutch 31 and a control valve coil 32 of the compressor 3 in accordance with an information received from the electronic controller 2 for air conditioning, a detected value of an inlet temperature sensor 28 of an evaporator 12, a detected value of an outlet air temperature sensor 29 and a detected value of a rotation speed sensor 30. In this case, the above controller 2 heightens the upper limit of target temperature rise speed as the heating amount of a heater 16 to heat air in the downstream of the evaporator 12 becomes larger.
