    • PURPOSE:To enhance controllability of a mixture gas by allowing a fuel sump to accommodate an injection valve for injecting the fuel into a suction passage, arranging a fuel outgoing passage so as to have an opening at the fuel sump for the purpose of exhausting surplus fuel therefrom, and thereby feeding sufficient fuel to the inside of the injection valve. CONSTITUTION:The fuel which has passed via a fuel lead-in hole 24 is injected into a suction passage 12 from the injection hole 26 in an injection valve 22. The lower fuel outgoing passage 32 has an opening situated below the opening of a fuel incoming passage 30. The upper fuel outgoing passage 34 has an opening situated above said lower fuel outgoing passage 32. Bubbles contained in the fuel in a fuel sump 20 rise by their own buoyancy and move toward upper fuel outgoing passage 24. The bubbles flow to a convergent outlet passage 36, and is sent to a fuel pressure adjuster 38 along with the fuel which has come flowing through the lower fuel outgoing passage 32. In such a way sufficient amount is sent into the injection valve with fuel to assure enhanced controllability for mixture gas.

    • PURPOSE:To enable realization of control of a stable air-fuel ratio through elimination of the influence, exercised by the temperature of a fuel injection amount, through prevention of incoming of bubbles to an fuel injection nozzle, by a method wherein a fuel feed and a fuel discharge passage are situated above an incoming part to the fuel injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Fuel, fed with a pressure with the aid of a fuel pump, enters through an inlet nipple 4, incomes through a fuel inlet part through a filter 14 after passing an outer peripheral part 13 of a coil by means of a feed passage 5, and is injected through a fuel injection nozzle 12. Fuel to a fuel pressure regulator 9 incomes through a discharge passage 7, the fuel pressure of the fuel is controlled to a specified value, and surplus fuel is returned through an outlet nipple 10 to a fuel tank. Thus, since a fuel filter 14 is disposed below the feed passage 5 and the discharge passage 7, even if alcohol-mixed gasoline is used in high temperature environment, fuel mixed with bubles incoming through a feed passage 5 is separated by a specific weight during passage of the fuel through the outer peripheral part 13 of the coil, bubbles are raised to above, and the fuel content being liquid flows down to below and is injected through the fuel injection nozzle 12.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the linearity of fuel injection quantity and the seat performance of a valve body by making the sliding part between a plunger and a plunger rod into sintered alloy, thus reducing the weight of a movable valve and shifting the center of gravity to the valve seat side. CONSTITUTION:A movable valve for opening/closing a valve seat installed in the opened port part of a passage for fuel injection is constituted of a plunger 5' as movable iron core, plunger rod 6, and a ball valve 7 in integral form. This movable valve is allowed to move in reciprocation by the attraction force of the fixed iron core excited by an electromagnetic coil and a return spring interposed between the movable valve and the fixed iron core. The plunger 5' and a plunger rod sliding part 6 are made into sintered alloy. Therefore, the total weight of the movable valve is reduced, and the position G of center of gravity can be brought close to the ball valve 7. Therefore,the responsiveness and repetition reproducibility of the movable valve can be improved, and the seat performance in the case when electric current is cut off can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the assembly performance and resistance to coldness by inserting a cylindrical plug having an O-ring made of fluorine-containing rubber into a fuel passage and setting an O-ring made of nitrile rubber between a slip-off preventing plate for cylindrical plug and the body. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection assembly body 1 is constituted of a fuel injection valve 2, fuel feeding passage 4, and a fuel return passage 5, etc. In this cases, a stripe of groove is formed onto the side peripheral surface of a cylindrical plug 10 inserted into the fuel passages 4 and 5, and an O-ring 9 made of fluorine-containing rubber is accommodated into the groove, and liquid seal state is formed. A pressing plate 12 is fixed onto the outer surface of the fuel injection assembly body 1 for superessing the sli-off of the cylindrical plug 10. While, an annular groove is formed onto the surface of the fuel injection assembly body 1, so as to surround the cylindrical plug 10, and an O-ring 11 made of nitrile rubber is accommodated into this constitution. Therefore, assem bly performance and the resistance to coldness can be improved by two kinds of rings 9 and 11 made of different material.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at stabilizing the operation of an engine, by arranging fuel outlet passages on opposite sides of a fuel inlet passage at symmetrical positions in the intermediate section of a fuel pressure feed passage on the basis of a plurality of injectors. CONSTITUTION:Two injectors 5 are disposed in an injection chamber 4. Fuel outlet passages 7 are located at opposite sides of a fuel inlet passage 6 at symmetrical positions in the intermediate section of a fuel pressure feed passage on the basis of the two injectors 5. Fuel flows through the fuel inlet passage 6 into the inlet sections of the two injectors 5, and thereafter, is jetted from injector nozzles. The remaining fuel which has been not jetted from the injectors flows tangentially after swirling around the outer periphery of an electromagnetically injector drive section 5c, and therefore, it is possible to greatly restrain occurrence of turbulent and vortex flows.
