摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the test of a steam flow control valve in an operating state with easy handling by controlling the steam flow control valve with the opening varied within the range equivalent to saturation flow rate of the curve of the opening of the steam flow control valve to steam flow rate. CONSTITUTION:The phenomenon that a steam flow control valve (V) is agglutinated to disable open-and-close operation occurs mainly in between a valve rod 10 and a valve rod guide 14 exposed to high-temperature steam. To dissolve such an agglutinated condition, configuration is so made that the valve rod 10 can be stroked without varying a steam flow passing through the valve (V) when test operation is performed to stroke the valve rod 10 during load run. That is, a cam shaft 5 rotated by the action of a cylinder 1 via a rack 6 and a pinion 3 is mounted with a cam 7, and via a lever 11 associated with this cam 7 the valve rod 10 is elevated up and down. The cam 7 is formed in the shape of varying the opening of the valve within the range equivalent to saturation flow rate of the curve of the opening of the steam flow control valve (V) to steam flow rate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to take out a bearing without disassembling a wheel housing by providing a hollow passage (a disassembling hole) perpendicularly in the steam passage within the wheel housing in which a wheel shaft of a steam turbine is journaled, and providing a shielding plate to intercept the atmosphere on the top part of this passage. CONSTITUTION:In a steam turbine consisting of a high, a medium, and a low pressure turbines 6, 8, 13, a wheel shaft 4 for a high and a medium pressure turbines is connected to a wheel shaft 22 for a low pressure turbine with a coupling 12 and supported with three bearings 2, 10, 21. In this case, a hollow shaped disassembling hole 14 is formed in a steam passage chamber 16 as a means to take out outward the bearing 10 supported in a bearing box 11 in the intermediate part, without disassembling a wheel housing. A shielding plate 15 is provided on the top part of this disassembling hole 14 so as to enable to keep vacuum in an exhaust chamber 25 of the low pressure turbine 13 at running of the steam turbine. And at stop of the steam turbine operation, taking out of the bearing 10 is possible by disassembling and removing the shielding plate 15.

摘要： PURPOSE: To firmly fix a turbine wheel and a turbine blade on each other, by providing recesses and protrusions of prescribed dimensions on the contact surfaces of the wheel and the blade to mount the blade on the peripheral surface of the wheel by the engagement of their dovetails.
CONSTITUTION: A turbine blade 1 to be fixed on a turbine wheel 2 is conjoined thereto by the engagement of the dovetails 13 of the wheel and those 14 of the blade. Fixation pins 3 of circular cross section are inserted in between the dovetails 13, 14 in the axial direction to fix the blade 1 and the wheel 2 on each other. Two keyways 11 are provided in the butt 9 of the blade 1 at each dovetal 14 so that the keyways are opposed to the wheel 2. Stoppers 10 are protruded from the peripheral part of the wheel 2 so that the stoppers 10 are engaged in the keyways 11. The stoppers 10 are in contact with the insides of the keyways 11 so that there is no clearance between the stopper and the inside of the keyway in the axial direction of the wheel 2. The height of the stoppers 10 and the depth of the keyways 11 are smaller than the diameter of pin holes 24 in the same direction.
