    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation of the opening of a guide vane in each stage by detecting the deviation of a servomotor in each stage and adjusting the guantity of lift of the main distributing valve for a servomotor which is to be adjusted, based on the detected signals. CONSTITUTION:The openings of the upper- and lower-stage guide vanes are detected by means of guide-vane opening detectors 19a, 19b respectively, and the quantity of deviation is fed to a lift quantity correcting device 23 through an amplifier. The lift quantity correcting device 23 changes the fulcrum positioned midway on a link 18b, in accordance with the quantity of deviation and corrects the lift of a main distribution valve 10b by a certain amount, thereby preventing the deviation of the opening of a guide vane in each stage during a long time operation.

    • PURPOSE:To improve safety in failures by continuously giving closing commands and slow speed commands to a servo motor through the operation of a command change-over unit for back-up when a governor means is not interlocked with the servo motor for driving a flow regulating means. CONSTITUTION:A distributing valve 4 is controlled through a link 2 and a pilot valve rod 3 by a speeder 1 for giving opening and closing commands to controllably supply pressurized oil from a pressurized oil source to a servo motor 5. In a control unit for controlling a flow regulating means such as a movable guide valve through a rod 5 by power of the servo motor 5, a servo motor opening setting cam 15 is mounted on a return shaft 12 interlocked with the rod 6 and rotated through a return wire 7. And a change-over valve 16 is controlled by said cam 15 to operate a closing speed limiting cylinder 17. Also, a change-over valve 19 provided parallel to the change-over valve 16 is changed over by the descending movement of a weight 11 when a wire 7 is cut, so that the descending speed of said valve rod 3 can be limited through the cylinder 17.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable exhaust gas controlling device for a hydraulic machine by being constituted by a detector for detecting a position of a moving part of an exhaust valve in itself and a device for issuing a command of exhaust valve-close exclusively or giving an alarm simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A C-NC contact 101 of a position switch 23 for detecting a position where an exhaust valve is entirely closed is closed regardless of an operating condition of a main machine if the exhaust valve is opened even only slightly when constructed such that the exhaust valve is closed when an electromagnet is energyzed. As far as this condition is kept, a time limit relay 102 continues to count time. And, when a prescribed interval of time lapses, a time limit contact 103 is closed, an electromagnet 105 for a exhaust valve close-operation is energyzed exclusively to permit the exhaust valve to be closed irrespective of an original exhaust valve-close controlling circuit. Simultaneously, an alarm is issued by the other time limit close contact 104, and thereby it is possible to take a necessary measure even if the exhaust valve would no be closed.
