    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp at a glance the layout state of mobile objects and also to quickly show the relative one of these objects by detecting the current positions of mobile objects included in a specific area and displaying the information symbolizing every mobile object in a layout drawing based on the detected current positions of mobile objects. SOLUTION: A position detector 500 detects the current positions of one or more mobile objects included in a specific area. A monitoring device 1 displays the layout drawing of a specific mobile object included in the specific area and also displays the information symbolizing every mobile object at a position that is decided based on the current position of the object in the layout drawing. That is, a layout drawing of devices is generated based on a device position storage table 430 that is contained in a storage 400 and then written into a frame memory 120. Meanwhile, the graphic form and the name of every worker are written at each relevant position in the layout drawing of devices based on a worker position storage table 420. The image stored in the memory 120 is read out in a fixed cycle and shown on a display 200.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the batch monitoring of monitored objects and to reduce screen selecting operation by a user by generating outline information on the monitored objects according to the operation state of the user and the states of the monitored objects. SOLUTION: A monitor information input part 102 sends state changes of a monitored object out. A user behavior detection part 103 detects and sends out the current monitor state of the user. A detailedness determination part 104 determines the detailedness of monitor information to be displayed according to the contents that the input part 102 and detection part 103 send out. An outline extraction standard database 105 holds standards of what information is extracted with what detailedness and of what display is executed in what format. An outline generation part 106 acquires the display format of information from the outline extraction standard data base 105 based upon corresponding detailedness inputted from the determination part 104 and generates an outline of the monitor information based upon the display format.
