    • PURPOSE:To improve the converting efficiency with a small quantity of hardware by leaving the processing which has a low conversion processing level and a high occupying rate to the entire processing to an exclusive hardware. CONSTITUTION:The character information which is transferred from an information processor CPU via a channel device DCH is stored temporarily in a memory MEM via an interface control part IFC. Then an indication is given to a facsimile code generating partt FGEN for conversion of facsimile code with every characters equivalent to one row under the control of a microprocessor MPU. The part FGEN reads a character pattern out of a character pattern memory PATM on the basis of the character information and the picture editing information and edits the facsimile original picture. When the picture editing ewuivalent to one row is over, this edited picture is converted int the facsimile codes and stored in the memory MEM. When this storage is through, the MPC gives an indication of transmission to a facsimile terminal control part FAXCTL. The facsimile code is sent to the designated terminal FT.

    • PURPOSE:To rationally control the length of a queue, by installing means which sets a reference value of the length of queue and comparing condition, and outputting and displaying to the outside a condition coincidence signal when the comparing condition is satisfied in the compared result. CONSTITUTION:A register 21 which sets a reference value (g) of the length of queues, another register 22 which sets comparing conditions (h), and a comparator 23 are installed. The comparator 23 controls an input-possible signal C and an output-possible signal (f) by comparing the counted value (end address of queue 12) of a counter 4 with that (first address of queue 13) of another counter 5, and, at the same time, compares the length of a queue with the reference value (g) supplied from the register 21. When the comparator detects that the comparing conditions (h) are satisfied, the comparator 7 outputs a conditions coincidence signal (i) and displays it. Therefore, when the length of a queue reaches a previously fixed optional condition, it can be displayed to the outside, and thus, the queue can be controlled pertinently.

When the subscriber 1 answers and says ''One'' or ''Two'', etc., according to the message, the speech recognition device 7 recognizes it and identifies the number ''1'' or ''2'' to inform the PBX control part 5 of it.

CONSTITUTION:In order to attain automatic incoming call of message communication from a subscriber EX1 of a private branch of exchange PBX1 to a subscriber EX2 of a private branch of exchange PBX2, the subscriber EX1 dials a specific number by using a telephone set T, which is connected to a voice response storage device V of a relay exchange TS. The subscriber EX1 designates the message arrival time with a PB dial signal and informs the extension number of the subscriber EX2 in voice. When the registration is finished, a channel device NW of the exchange TS sets a path (4) to connect a message storage device S and the subscriber EX1, and a message is transmitted from a data terminal DT and stored in the storage device S. When the message arrival time comes and the exchange PBX2 is called from the relay exchange TS, the operator OP responds and informs the extension telephone number in voice from the device V. The operator calls out the subscriber EX2 in the conventional method and receives the message by setting a path (8).
