    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of structure characteristic by normal quality control by sequentially applying adding driving operation by means of drive relaying part arranged in the inner surface direction so that the drive relaying parts continously arranged in the inner surface direction of underground outer wall or a projecting part in the outer surface direction, etc., are connected. SOLUTION: A first drive part 1 is formed by placing connect by use of a drive relaying form 1' having a protrusion 1a or a recess continously extending in the inner surface direction of underground outer wall so as to transmit in-surface shearing force to a lower part of underground 1st floor, and a projection 1b or recess connecting the projecton 1a or the above recess extending in the outer surface of the underground outer wall, at a bottom form of a first drive part 1 constructing perpendicularly suspended concrete at the underground 1st floor. Then, after the construction of underground 1st floor slab 3, the form 1' is disassembled and a post drive part 4 is constructed on the slab 3 to form a drive relaying part. The drive relay form 1' is used to apply addition drive of structure downward in order. Accordingly, even if sinking is generated after the placement of concrete, no gap is generated between the first drive part 1 and the post drive part 4.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a wire from excessively slacking so as to simplify chopping and to facilitate the automation of the chopping by carrying out the chopping action with the use of a part of the wire between a winch and an excavating bucket in a condition in which the winch is braked. CONSTITUTION:In the case of excavating a hard foundation for forming an underground continuous wall 41, an excavating bucket 9 is lowered onto an excavation bottom 41A with the use of a winch 4, and a wire 8 is slackened by a degree corresponding to a depth to be excavated before the winch 4 is braked. Then, a cam 27 is rotated by a motor in a chopping device 21 in such a condition that a clamshell 12 is opened, and the top part thereof is brought into contact with the wire 8, and the clamshell 12 is raised. Further, the clamshell 12 is lowered by its dead weight in association with the contact and release of the shank part thereof, and the bucket 9 is moved up and down repeatedly by the cam 27, and the chopping operation is stopped when no slack is present. Further, mod is discharged, and then the cam 27 is returned into a condition in which it is separated from the wire 8.

    • PURPOSE:To relieve a burden on an operator, to save man-power and to promote work efficiency by automating rising and falling of an excavating bucket, opening and shutting of a clamshell, correction of the inclination of the excavating bucket and chopping operation. CONSTITUTION:Various kinds of buttons on an excavating control panel 53 are manually controlled to raise and lower an excavating bucket 23 and, at the same time, a hydraulic jack 236 is opened and shut to excavate a continuous wall 19. Then, after the depth of the continuous wall 19 is so excavated that the depth thereof reaches the depth enough to bury the whole excavating bucket 23, an excavation mode is changed to an automatic mode from a manual mode. With rising and falling of the excavating bucket 23, an excavation of the ground is automatically carried out based on data from a rising and falling amount detector 32 and a load detector 30. An output signal of an inclination detector 31 is taken in an arithmetic processor 42, and an inclination is obtained to perform an inclination correction routine. In addition, sufficient quantity of excavation is determined based on data from the load detector 30 in case an ground excavation is carried out by shutting operation of a clamshell 235 and data from the rising and falling amount detector 32, and the excavating bucket 23 is raised to remove the earth.

    • PURPOSE:To make the construction of continuous underground wall easier by a method in which grout is injected into bags set on both the front and back sides of a preceding element inserted into a trench to expand them, and the horizontal reinforcing bars of the preceding element are spliced with the horizontal reinforcing bars of reinforcing bar cage constituting the following element inserted into the trench excavated. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal reinforcing bars 4 and plates 5 are projected from the left and right-handed both connecting ends of the precast concrete slab 3 of a preceding element A, and bags 6 are attached to the front and tack both sides of the slab 3. The element A is penetrated into a trench 2 packed with a non-hardening stabilizer liquid, and grout 13 is injected into the bags 6 from a pipe to expand them and thereby to cause them to closely adhere to the trench 2. A new trench is formed between the concrete slabs 3 of the adjacent element A, the reinforcing bar cage C of following element B is inserted into the new trench, and the horizontal reinforcing bars 9 of the cage C and spliced with the reinforcing bars 4. Concrete 11 is then placed through a tremie tube into the new trench to integrate the elements A and B.
