    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost for manufacturing an air conditioner for a vehicle by applying a structure capable of dispensing with a relay for controlling the driving current of a blower. SOLUTION: Negative electrode sides (ground side) of an electronic controller 11 for air conditioning, a driving circuit 12 and a motor electronic controller 13 are made in common with each other in a joint electronic controller 10 to be earthed to a vehicle body through one earth wire 10a connected to the joint electronic controller 10. Whereby the negative electrode sides of the driving circuit 12 and the motor electronic controller 13 are earthed on the vehicle body at the same place, and the potentials of the earthing points Mp and Ep of the driving circuit 12 and the motor electronic controller 13 are allowed to be agreed with each other, which dispenses with the relay mounted on the positive electrode side of the blower 3, and an electric wiring (wire harness) for driving the relay, and reduces the cost for manufacturing the air conditioner for the vehicle.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an excellent state of engagement of a pinion gear and a reduction gear by noticing that pitch precision between the rotating shaft of a stepping motor and the gear shaft of the reduction gear, and positioning a bracket of the stepping motor and a gear case on an extention line of the center line of the gear shaft. SOLUTION: In a motor actuator 1 constituted by externally fixing a stepping motor 4 to the external surface of a ceiling wall of a gear case 2 including a reduction gear 11 engaging with a pinion gear 10 fixed to a rotating shaft 9 of a stepping motor 4, an engaging hole 64 is formed on an extension line of the center line of a gear shaft 6 of a bracket 5 of the stepping motor 4, and one end portion of the gear shaft 6 protruded on the motor side from the external surface of the ceiling wall of the gear case 2 is engaged with the hole 64. Thereby the pitch between the rotating shaft 9 of the stepping motor 4 and the gear shaft 6 of the reduction gear 11 is directly determined.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simplifying an air conditioned wind shutting mechanism consistent with an excellent wind direction automatically changing function. SOLUTION: The unit connects a clutch mechanism 10 arranged between wind orientation plates 5 and a driving mechanism on the side between the driving mechanism and the wind orientation plate 5 normally. When the external force of predetermined value F1 or more is applied to the wind direction plates 5, it disconnects the clutch mechanism. The spring force F2 of a movable stopper mechanism 7 regulating the swinging position of the wind orientation plates 5 is set larger than the predetermined value F1 . When the external force applied to the movable stopper mechanism 7 is smaller than the spring force F2 , the wind orientation plates 5 are set to a first swinging position that is a normal swinging range, and, when the external force applied to the movable stopper mechanism 7 is larger than the spring force F2 , the movable stopper mechanism 7 is displaced enabling the wind orientation plates 5 to swing to a second swinging position within the swinging range when the air conditioned wind is shut off.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of detected angle of rotation while ensuring sufficient durability so as to prevent the false detection due to the wear of a contact point and avoiding enlarging a device for detecting angle of rotation. SOLUTION: Pulse signals having different phases of A-phase and B-phase are generated by using a first and second pulse patterns 141, 142 disposed on a first region I, and pulse signals having different phases of C-phase and D-phase are generated by using a third and fourth pulse patterns 143, 144 disposed on a second region II. The two regions I, II are formed by dividing a pattern plate 140 into two parts in the circumferential direction. Consequently, four kinds of pulse signals having different phases can be generated without narrowing the circumferential angle of a conductive section and the circumferential angle of a nonconductive section. Accordingly, the accuracy of detected angle of rotation is improved while ensuring sufficient durability so as to prevent the false detection due to the wear of first to fourth brushes 146-149 and avoiding enlarging the device for detecting angle of rotation.
