SOLUTION: An automotive resin component 1 composed of the base material 2 comprising the polystyrene resin and the covering layer 3 formed on the surface of the base material 2 by coating or plating is immersed in limonene 4 and is mechanically agitated in a temperature range of 40 to 45°C, whereupon the automotive resin component 1 can be efficiently separated into the base material 2 and the covering layer 3 at the interface therebetween. Therefore, the polystyrene resin can be recovered in a high quality. By recycling the recovered polystyrene, it is possible to reduce the material cost of the component 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or reduce heat shrinkage of a resin material in a circumferential direction when the resin material which contains reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers is molded into a tubular shape by blow molding, by orienting the reinforcing fibers added to the resin material along the circumferential direction of a tubular molding. SOLUTION: In a resin product 4 molded by blow molding, all glass fibers 6 are oriented along the circumferential direction. In this case, as each glass fiber 6 displays an opposing force against a force to shrink, heat shrinkage of the resin product 4 in the circumferential direction hardly generates even under an atmosphere of high temperature, so that the inner diameter of the resin product 4 is not changed by heat shrinkage. Accordingly, a blow molding can be used also at a part where using of it has been difficult in fear of dimensional change due to heat shrinkage, thereby widening the scope of application of resin products.

SOLUTION: This method of recycling a plastics ceiling material having a skin layer comprising PET, etc., and a substrate board comprising polystyrene(PS)-modified polyphenyleneether(PPE) comprises the steps of charging disintegrated pieces of the waste ceiling material into a dissolving bath containing a solvent (limonene) for at least one polymer component, filtering to recover the insoluble material for use of raw material for skin, then separating the filtrate into two layers of PPE resin suspension and PS resin solution, filtering to recover PPE, and recovering PS resin from the filtrate, the recovered PPE resin and PS resin are reused for the substrate material and recovered solvent is returned to the dissolving bath for repeated use.
