    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly shorten the time taken to repair a milling part of a roller mill, to lower the cost for maintenance, and to keep the safety of operation. SOLUTION: In this roller mill for milling a raw material between a milling roller 4 and a milling lathe 5 of a rotary table 3 by applying a milling load to the milling roller 4 by hydraulic force of a hydraulic cylinder, in the case the milling part is worn up and deformed, inverse hydraulic force is applied to the hydraulic cylinder to lift up the milling roller 4 to part the milling roller 4 from the milling lathe 5 and in such a state, Hardening and cladding treatment is carried out on the milling faces of the milling roller 4 and the milling lathe 5. At that time, regarding the milling lathe 5, hardening and padding treatment is carried out while rotating the rotary table 3 at a low rotation speed and inserting a torch 24 through a door opened in a housing 8. On the other hand, regarding the milling roller 4, hardening and padding treatment is carried out while temporarily installing a low speed rotating and driving apparatus 26 on the stopped rotary table 3, rotating the milling roller 4 at a low rotation speed by the low speed rotating and driving apparatus 26, and inserting a torch 24 through a door for maintenance or a door for torch insertion opened in the housing 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the generation of a self-oscillation in spite of the long-term use by providing a pivot in such a way that it is transferable to the fine powder discharging side of crushing rollers in a device designed for finly crushing a feedstock by the interlocked operation of the crushing rollers and a rotary table of a nearly disc shape. SOLUTION: This roller mill is equipped with a rotary table of an almost disc shape and plural tire-shaped crushing rollers 1. In addition, roller pivots 3 which work as fulcrums for the pendulum action of the crushing rollers 1, are provided on the top of a roller bracket 2 installed on the crushing rollers 1. In this case, to make it possible to support the crushing rollers 1 substantially in a toe-in state by moving the positions of the roller pivots 3 to the fine powder producing side, the roller pivots 3, held from the right/left using plural pivot spacers 21 of a semidisc shape, are mounted in an upper and a lower pivot blocks 4a, 4b. Thus, the positions of the roller pivots 3 are changed by selecting the number of pivot spacers 21.

    • PURPOSE: To effectively reduce self-exciting vibration which occurs in grinding by calculating the characteristic frequency and the rate of change of the frequency of a grinding part and controlling the resistance value of a flow resistance giving means for a pressurized medium by using the results of calculation. CONSTITUTION: In a roller type grinder, a material 18 to be ground is ground by pressing a grinding roller 2 placed on a grinding ring 1 by a hydraulic device equipped with a flow resistance giving means. A roller bracket 3 is fitted with a sensor 25, its output is input into a controller 28, and the opening of a flow rate control valve 23 is controlled to change the flow resistance of a hydraulic medium 26. In other words, characteristic frequency is obtained from a wave form measured by the sensor 25 by a characteristic frequency analyzer 29, and the rate of change of the characteristic frequency for the change of flow resistance is calculated from the characteristic frequency by a characteristic frequency change rate calculator 30. The amount of the change of opening of the flow rate control valve 23 is calculated from the rate of change of the characteristic frequency by a valve opening calculator 31 to control the opening of the valve 23 through a valve opening controller 32.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent self-exciting vibration of a roller mill by constituting at least one of a pulverizing roller and a pulverizing ring of plural segments, and differentiating pressing contact lines from each other every segment. CONSTITUTION: Pulverizing rollers 4 are rolled on a compressed powder bed on a pulverizing race 17 of a pulverizing ring 5. In this case, the pulverizing roller 4 is constituted of plural segments 21a, and in any segment 21a, a pressing contact line 20a is inclined against a conventional pressing contact line. And the inclined angles of pressing contact lines 20a are differentiated from each other every roller segment 21a. A pressing contact start point and a pressing contact finish point shown as both the ends of the pressing contact line 20a do not coincide with each other. Therefore, by mutual cancel action of plural pulverizing rollers, the generation of severe self-exciting vibration in which a roller mill is synchronously moved is damped to restrain it to a level of faint forced vibration.

    • PURPOSE:To enable operation in wide area load or many kinds of coals without generating abnormal vibration by relaxing the track sudden change operation of a grinding roller by interposing a link support generating elastic deformation function accompanied by the operation of the grinding roller between a bracket and a pressure member. CONSTITUTION:A raw material is ground by a turntable 3 rotated around a vertical axis on a horizontal surface and having ring segments each having a grooved grinding surface arranged to the upper part thereof in a circumferential direction and a plurality of the grinding rollers rotated in the state pressing the peripheral surfaces thereof to the upper surface on the outer peripheral side of the turntable 3 and held to the upper parts of brackets 5 supporting rotary shafts by pressure members 6 through grinding load transmission members having pendulum like function. In this roller mill, link supports 9 generating elastic deformation function accompanied by the operation of the grinding rollers 4 are interposed between the brackets 5 and the pressure members 6. As a result, the track sudden change operation of the grinding rollers is relaxed and operation in wide area load or many kinds of coals is enabled without generating abnormal vibration.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent that grinding rollers are synchronously subjected oscillation motion or up-and-down vibration motion by providing projections irregularly different in height to the outer periphery of a turntable and providing cavities changed in number or arrangement at every rollers to the outer peripheral surfaces of the rollers to mutually cancel the oscillation motions of the rollers. CONSTITUTION:In a roller mill having a turntable 3 rotating around a vertical shaft on a horizontal plane having a plurality of ring segments 14 provided thereto on the circumferential side thereof and a plurality of grinding rollers 4 rotated in the state pressed to the peripheral upper surfaces of the sigments 14 and finely grinding a solid raw material under pressure, a plurality of cavities 12 are provided to the circumferential parts on the side of a mill housing 18 of the grinding surfaces of the rollers 4 so as to be made different in number or in the arrangement on the circumferences of the rollers 4 at every rollers 4. Further, the projections 16 having shapes gently connected to the grinding races 15 provided to the upper surfaces of the segments 14 are provided to the outer peripheral parts of the ring segments 14 and arranged so that the shapes of the projections 16 are made different at every segments 14.
