    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar connector capable of facilitating a connecting operation by applying contact pressure to a bus bar in a superposed state.SOLUTION: A bus bar connector 20 comprises bending pieces expanding means 35 movable to an expanding position 35B where a pair of bending pieces 31 and 31 is elastically expanded and a non-expanding position 35A where the pair of bending pieces 31 and 31 is not elastically expanded. When the bending pieces expanding means 35 is in the expanding position 35B, superposed bus bars 15 are inserted between the pair of bending pieces 31 and 31 from a direction substantially orthogonal to a direction in which the pair of bending pieces 31 and 31 protrudes and then, the bending pieces expanding means 35 is moved from the expanding position 35B to the non-expanding position 35A so as to connect the superposed bus bars 15 by being sandwiched between the pair of bending pieces 31 and 31 with causing deformation of the pair of bending pieces 31 and 31 in a restorable manner.

A pair of bending pieces 12 and 12 is provided with an abutting portion 15A abutting on the superimposed bus bar 45 inserted in the opening portion 28 within the predetermined range of the position and the posture of the elastic member 11 which can be changed in the storage chamber 26. The superimposed bus bar 45 abutting on the abutting portion 15A moves the elastic member 11 in the storage chamber 26 so as to position the superimposed bus bar 45 between the pair of the bending pieces 12 and 12.
