    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition excellent in flame-retardancy, humidity-resistance and heat-resistance. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition includes 100 pts.mass of an alkoxysilyl group-modified polyoxyalkylene polymer, 10-100 pts.mass of an epoxy resin; ketimine obtained by reacting a carbonyl compound represented by formula (I) with polyamine, at least one of flame-retardant fillers selected from the group consisting of aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, calcium sulfate hydrates and magnesium sulfate hydrates, and curing catalysts. The amount of the imino group possessed by ketimine is 0.5-1.5 equivalents relative to the epoxy group possessed by the epoxy resin, and the amount of the flame-retardant filler is 30-70 mass% in the whole amount of the composition. In the formula, R 1 is a 1-6C alkyl group, R 2 is a methyl group or an ethyl group, R 3 is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or an ethyl group, R 4 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and n is 1 or 2.
