摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell wherein a passage of gas is not clogged with condensate. SOLUTION: A fuel gas fed to a first manifold 60 within a stack of the fuel cell is introduced to a first small gas route 86 and arrives at a second manifold 61. Although the second manifold 61 is connected to a branch pipe 18, a valve 19 is totally closed, so that the fuel gas arrived at the second manifold 61 is introduced to a second small gas route 87 coming to a third manifold 62. Although the third manifold 62 is connected to a branch pipe 14, a valve 15 is totally closed, so that the fuel gas arrived at the third manifold 62 is introduced to a third small gas route 88 coming to a fourth manifold 63 and introduced to an exhaust pipe 16 of the fuel gas. During the processes, the fuel gas passing through the fuel gas passage within a single cell does not flow via the outside of the stack 11 on its way, so that generation of the condensate caused by cooling is avoided even if a dew point of the fuel gas is higher.
