摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system, a device and an information management server those can easily manage information even when a user has plural terminals. SOLUTION: In the information system 10 to which the plural terminals 30, 40 and the information management server 60 are connected via a prescribed network 53 and which has the device 20 freely attachable/detachable to/from the plural terminals 30, 40, the information is easily managed by acquiring and storing information to the user of the device 20 from the network 53 to which the terminal 30 or 40 is connected when the device 20 is connected to the terminal 30 or 40, transmitting the stored information to the information management server 60 in prescribed timing by the device 20, storing the information transmitted from each of the terminals 30, 40 by every user to have the device 20, creating and managing personal information of the user at transmission origin of the information for every user at transmission destination based on the stored information in the information management server 60.

摘要： An information processing apparatus includes a content purchase history storage unit in which a content purchase history for each user is stored, a metadata storage unit in which metadata of a plurality of contents is stored, and a metadata retrieval unit to retrieve, upon reception of a metadata retrieval request that is sent from a terminal apparatus of the user via a network and includes information for identifying a user and a retrieval condition, metadata of a content that meets the retrieval condition from the metadata storage unit, judge whether the content retrieved has already been purchased based on the content purchase history of the user that is stored in the content purchase history storage unit, and send a retrieval result of the metadata of the content that includes a judgment result to the terminal apparatus via the network as a metadata retrieval response.
