SOLUTION: The storing container for the content is provided as follows. The storing container has a container body equipped with a storing room 11 for the content, and a delivering part equipped with a delivering room 21 with smaller volume and crosssectional area than those for the storing room 11, and the approximately fixed amount of the content can be delivered from a delivering opening 22 by pressing the container body. A movable valve 4 equipped with an elastomer 5 in the delivering room 21 is arranged at a position separated from the delivering opening 22 at an ordinary time, and by pressing, the delivering room 21 can be moved so as to approach the delivering opening 22 side, and a part of the movable valve 4 covers the delivering opening 22 to be able to close the delivering opening 22. SOLUTION: The aerosol spray employing a tilt valve comprises the operation button having a recess for fitting a stem of the tilt valve and a spray port, and a one-touch cap with the operation button fitted over to have its top end exposed and the spray port opened and attached to an aerosol spray body. A gap is provided between the button and the one-touch cap so that a side face of the button can come into contact with the cap when the button is tilted, whereby an inclination of the stem of the tilt valve is restricted within a predetermined range.
