摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve refractory properties and to reduce a manufacturing cost, by constituting a wall of a rotary furnace by many guadrangular prism hanger bricks arranged in circumferential and lengthwise directions to direct a rotating centerline and by a bonding material to be embedded in gaps between the bricks and solidified therebetween. SOLUTION: In a cylinder 4 of the rotary furnace l, standard A type refractory heat insulation hanger bricks 10 are, for example, arranged so that 20 pieces are aligned in a circumferential direction and 13 rows (first row is disposed adjacently in parallel at left side of a protrusion 7 and the other twelve rows are aligned at right side) are aligned in a lengthwise direction (bus line direction), and totally 260 pieces are snugly aligned. A core corresponding to a cavity 31 is inserted into a central portion of the brick mounts, and assembled in a female mold. Thereafter, when bonding materials 11 are embedded in a space (including the protrusion 7) between the bricks 10, and solidified to each other. Thus, refractory properties of the furnace 1 can be sufficiently performed, thereby obtaining the low-cost furnace 1 having high performance.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road pavement structure which enables cars to run in a snowy area tunnel with tire chain mounted and can protect the chains of cars from being cut off. SOLUTION: In a road pavement structure in a snowy area tunnel, an upper layer 10 is laid out on a road substrate base 1 within the temperature range from 0 deg.C to -20 deg.C where the hardness of the soil ranges from 60 to 90 according to a spring type hardness test machine (A type) specified by JIS K6301. Favorably a mixture of a finder resin matrix 3 and a rigid aggregate 2 be laid out especially on the road substrate base 1 wherein the resin matrix 3 is provided with a compression change rate ranging from 50 to 80% under the application of pressure of 300kgf/cm in the temperature range from 0 deg.C to -20 deg.C and the aggregate is provided with a compression change rate of at most 50%.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the adhesive force and facilitate the works, by forming a synthetic resin waterproof layer on a steel or concrete floor slab and scattering thermoplastic resin particles thereon and then paving it with a heated asphalt mixture. SOLUTION: A liquid synthetic resin having a waterproof property like methacrylic resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, etc., is applied evenly on a floor slab applied with a primer and a substrate treatment to form a waterproof layer. When necessary, before the waterproof layer is cured, non-slip materials composed of silica sand and others are scattered to cope with shifting stresses between layers. A thermoplastic resin particles having 60-130 deg.C of softening point is scattered thereon. And further, the upper face is paved with a heated asphalt mixture. When scattering the thermoplastic resin particles, it is possible to wet the particles with a water solution of a water-soluble polymer or an asphalt emulsion. The adhesive force of respective layers is intensified. In this way, the waterproof property of the asphalt pavement is improved.
