    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone resection tool, which can make ligament tension equal at extending and bending positions without any actual measurements when a femur and a tibia are resected in a surgical operation to replace an artificial knee joint.SOLUTION: The bone resection tool used in a surgical operation for replacing the artificial knee joint comprises a spacer block, a reference pin guide and an aiming part.
