    • PURPOSE:To ensure a wider passage in an excavated trench used for lowering a pipe and to lengthen a turning support section to prevent it from hanging downward of a spindle main body in the case the spindle main body consisting of a water pressure or hydraulic pressure cylinder is turned in the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:T-shaped hooks 15a and 29a of an interlocking member 15 of the basic end spindle receiver 16 and an interlocking member 29 of the front end spindle receiver 30 are fitted in longitudinal slots 1b of guide rails 1 and 1, and they are turned to 90 degree so as to prevent them from loosing. Wedges 14 and 28 are driven, and the interlocking members 15 and 29 are made to adhere to the guide rails 1. After that, a pivot section 8 of a coupling device 9 connected to one end of a spindle main body 4 is connected to a pivot section 11 of the receiver 16 with a pin 10. The other end thereof is covered with a coupling device 23 connected with a pin 17, and both ends are interlocked with both outsides of a cylindrical body 25 in which a pin 24 is inserted. After that, a cylinder of the main body 4 is operated and is expanded, and the guide rails 1 and 1 are maintained in specific trench width. In addition, the main body 4 is sufficiently supported by the long vertical turning support section. According to the constitution, piping work efficiency of the pipe can be promoted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a form from being inclined during filling concrete for reinforcing concrete lining around an existing post in order to reinforce earthquake resistance. SOLUTION: A form 4 is provided around an existing post 1 is formed therein with openings 5 at several positions. Spacer devices 26 are fitted in the openings 5 in the four side surfaces of the post 1 at the second counted from the bottom of the post 1, respectively, jack bolts 14 in the spacer devices 26 are adjusted so as to regulate spaces between the form 4 and the four side surfaces of the post 1. Concrete is filled through the lowermost openings 5, up to a level in the vicinity of the lower edges of the lowermost openings 5. Then, the filling of the concrete is interrupted once, and the spacer devices 26 are removed from the openings 5 at the second counted from the bottom of the post 1 while the openings 5 at the second counted from the bottom of the post 1 are covered, and are then fitted in the openings 5 at the third counted from the bottom of the post 1, and the concrete is filled through the opening 5 at the second. With the repetitions of this work upward along the form 4 from the bottom, the concrete is placed over the entire height of the post 1 therearound.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a soil retaining panel and improve the ease of use by fixing a binding plate at a position where a groove opening in an end part of a vertical beam having a groove fixed on fringes on both sides of a face plate is blocked and providing a connection pin of upper and lower panels in an end part of the vertical beam by utilizing the binding plate. SOLUTION: Vertical beams 1, 1 are fixed in the vertical direction along fringes on both sides of an inner face of a face plate which is formed in such a manner that it has the same size and shape as a soil retaining panel and a plurality of horizontal reinforcing rigid members 2 are fixed in parallel across an interval in the right and left directions and in the vertical direction between the vertical beams 1, 1 on the right and left. The vertical beam 1 is provided with a groove 16 of which front is opened in the vertical direction, and a binding plate 4 is fixed at a position where an opening of the groove 16 in an upper end part and a lower end part is blocked by welding. A connection pin 7 which connects soil retaining panels which are accumulated in the vertical direction is provided in such a manner that it faces up or down in at least one part of the upper end part and the lower end part of the vertical beam 1 by utilizing the binding plate 4. The connection pin 7 is inserted into the groove 16, and a set screw 6 is inserted into a through hole 4a in a condition in which a stopper comes into contact with an end face of the vertical beam 1 and is screwed in a screw hole of the connection pin 7.
