The head shaft part is composed of a head shaft main body 5 which fits a head shaft core 3 and threadingly fixes a mouthpiece; a ball point pen refill 8 which is shrinkingly, in a freely inserting in and drawing out manner, inserted in a core cylinder 7 internalized in the head shaft main body via a shaft core 6 to make a core tip freely protrusible from the mouthpiece 4; a slide tip metal 10 wherein the core tip of the ball point pen refill 8 is made freely extrusible via a spring 9 between the ball point pen refill 8 and the mouthpiece 4; a push rod 11 which is enabled to be freely pushed against the spring 9 by bringing a tip of the shaft core 6 in contact with the slid tip metal and communicating a base end to the tip of the rear shaft part 2; a stationarily attached body 12 provided at the rear end of the core cylinder 7; and a slide mechanism 23 provided midway. The rear shaft part 2 is composed of a rear shaft main body 16 and a stationarily attached plate 17 which is freely stationarily attachable to the stationarily attached body 12.
